1.100%純正鍋爐水，沒有温泉經營資質證書，晚上10點後和早上10點前水有點涼是因為鍋爐工沒上班嗎？甚至小紅書上有人説撞見過鍋爐水的車；2.預訂的套餐裏寫的房間76平，問了工作人員説是72平，已經是詐騙了，以我擁有兩套房子的眼睛來判斷，這就是瞎掰，72平是這麼小？3.一千二的房間是沒有午餐的，**上七八百的是有早餐的，一反映客户權益就裝傻，這地方偏的鳥不拉屎，外賣都不送，晃一圈找個吃飯的地方都找不到，提前退房上高速服務區吃，憋屈的不行；4.早餐涼的吃了能拉一早上，旁邊的茶桶全是冰冰涼的隔夜茶，連個熱水都不提供，礦泉水要自己出錢買，3塊一瓶；5.地下車庫禁止開進去，衹能停地上，第二天問了才説要提前跟他們説，什麼都得等我們碰到問題了再問；6.送的歡迎水果就是四個難吃的桔子，一個爛了、兩個在爛的邊緣，還有一個沒爛正要謝天謝地呢發現核多的跟石榴籽一樣；7.套餐裏送的咖啡連影都沒用，問了才説要提前和他們説；8.套餐裏寫明的可以提前入住，先打電話過去問，人家説不確定呢，要看房間情況，等到套餐裏寫的延遲退房權益了，人家來一句不好意思我們是12點退房哦，我把套餐截圖截下來給她看才行，這種反向實現客户權益的操作真**；9.跟山溝溝一樣偏，旁邊屁都沒有，外賣也不送，吃的喝的玩的全沒有，實在餓的不行就走一公里去旁邊的農家樂吃人均200的小菜吧。
總結一下：如果你想花一千二體驗服務極差、摳搜小氣、消費詐騙的低配版如家，那你就抓緊預訂這家義和山谷温泉民宿吧，人家元旦都價格飆升到一千五六百了，再不趕緊的就訂不到了。接下來我也會和315以及工商反映一下，我們一起來驗證這家温泉民宿的温泉到底是不是真的，我們慢慢來。

看江蘇園博園《焰遇園博園》煙花、無人機表演，特地選了這家開業時間不長的温泉民宿，還給我們升級了一天庭院房，落下的物品也給我們寄回家。環境優雅，早餐不錯，停車方便。

環境很好。店老闆人也很好。打不到車，還送我們去目的地。孩子不舒服，還讓廚房阿姨熬粥，太nice了。

可以在房間吃早餐，種類比較多，都沒吃完，清淡養生為主
升級了庭院房，露天泡湯非常nice，因為户外所以裏面有一些昆蟲和樹葉，讓他們提前打掃了一下就開始放水泡湯咯♨️
