老闆給的帶窗户的房間，陽光很好，冬天好暖，酒店房間很温馨，大床房舒服，大家都很客客氣氣，房間隔音也不錯，重要的是，洗澡間真的設計的很好，有兩個門，洗澡的時候不會弄濕外面，附近地鐵很方便，停車也很方便，樓下就有停車場，重點是價格在棲霞區這邊性價比很高。

乾淨衞生，價格實惠，房間也很温馨，出行也很方便，仙林中心站就在旁邊，老闆服務態度也很好，停車場也方便停車

房間有點小。一張床加放在屋裡就沒什麼空間了，廁所很小。房間沒有送礦泉水。
窗户比較老舊的窗户沒什麼隔音效果。
和隔壁的隔音效果也很差。
主要是吵，地鐵也吵居住的人也吵，房間要經常通風，否則有異味。
電視系統很老舊，剛進屋看了一下電視後面沒開過
考慮到價格200以內在大學附件找不到什麼住處的原因也沒辦法，但是基於體驗也給不了高分
有了這次的體驗下次還是願意多花點錢或者住七八公里之外了😓
