The room is very good. The front desk lady specially upgraded us to a river view room. It was a pleasant surprise. The scenery was beautiful and facing the Yangtze River. It was very comfortable to sit on the small balcony and put on makeup while watching the sunrise in the morning. However, other services of the hotel need to be improved. Because the other room needs to be paid at the store, the front desk staff said that each room would be charged a deposit of 500 + a room fee. After agreeing, I found that the actual deduction was 600 deposits for each room. I thought it was wrong and called the front desk to ask how much the room fee was. As a result, the front desk staff was also hesitant and unclear, which made people suspicious. Finally, I went to the front desk to ask clearly. I feel that the staff really need to be trained. The answers to the questions are vague and I don’t know what they are doing. The hotel breakfast is also very good, and the location is also very good. It is convenient to go to the attractions. This trip to Nanjing is very pleasant and I look forward to coming to Nanjing next time.
