The room is in a residential complex, the hygiene is pretty good, the boss is very welcoming, but when I wanted to leave early I was told that I couldn't get the remaining room rate back, I had to stay the full night or the room could be sold on my behalf (which it never sold in the end). I booked a seven-day room, but only stayed for two days and couldn't get a refund for the remaining five days. After I complained to Qunar, I was told that the room was non-refundable after booking and I had to get the boss's consent. I looked at the order and saw a line of small print in the details. This completely overturned my concept of staying in a hotel. I couldn't get a refund if I didn't stay in the room. I'll be more careful next time!
