Regarding the construction noise problem across the road from the hotel you mentioned, the nearest Line 7 across the road is under construction, so the noise is a bit loud. We have been trying to communicate with the relevant departments to deal with it. The parking lot is at a T-junction about 100 meters away from the hotel. Because we are close to the city and the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall, there are fewer free parking spaces. I hope you can understand. If there are large luggage, we generally recommend that guests put the luggage first and then park. I am really sorry for the smoke in the room. Our room is not non-smoking. If you are not satisfied with the room, you can contact the front desk to change the room. The front desk is at your service 24 hours a day. The stains you mentioned are not not cleaned up, but the gap glue of the tiles is a little yellow. We are dealing with it seriously. You also said that you arrived at midnight on Saturday, and the superior king-size bed you booked was a special room, which had to be booked in advance. At that time, there were usually only deluxe king-size rooms. You said the price difference was more than 100 yuan. Since the price difference was so large, there must be a difference.
