Really close to the defence arena, about 20 minutes walk. the hotel receptionist was very professional

It's just okay, it belongs to the La defense area.

The location is convenient, I am used to it.

Very average.

Room was tiny and bed was not as booked (2 singles pushed together). Soap dispenser in shower doesn’t work(pump broken). Afternoon and Sunday staff are horrible and unfriendly (and I am here for the entire week!). Was here in February for a week and it was great, so I’m incredibly disappointed. I will ask my company to avoid booking me here in the future.

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night, rooms were very standard. There was problems with the hot water throughout the hotel in the evening so couldn’t have a hot shower. By morning there was hot water. Food was delicious in their restaurant. Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but not too much to disturb any sleep. Staff were helpful and kind.

The professionalism of some people at reception is very appreciable. Bravo for the anticipation! Support, consideration, proposal and leave = the 4 Phases are very well respected

Very welcoming, smiling and available staff. Comfortable, clean rooms with a simple but thoughtful design. Acceptable and good breakfast. Suitable location for a concert or a match at Paris la Défense Arena, located 20 minutes on foot.

During my stay in July/23 (summer) the following were damaged: the air conditioning in the room and a hotel elevator; The other elevator was damaged. The breakfast food is insufficient for all the guests they receive. They did not repair the elevator that same night despite having the hotel full, but did so until the next day. Since the air conditioning in the 2 rooms did not cool, they changed rooms for us but since there was no elevator in good condition, we had to make the transfer up the stairs. We were a family of 3 people and they gave us two rooms that were far apart, which caused us many difficulties because my daughter had a foot fracture and used a wheelchair. They did not help us with the transfer of luggage even though the elevators did not work nor did they get us two adjoining rooms.

We wanted to dine at the ibis restaurant. The waitress was so obnoxious and aggressive that we left the restaurant without eating. This is the first time such a disappointment has happened to me.

Noisy hotel, the hair dryers make a huge noise. There is no sound insulation, the VMC in the bathroom did not work, it was an oven filled with steam. The restaurant is expensive for what it is but the breakfast is nice. For a business trip it's not the best but there are worse things.

There was a bug in the food and a hair too, the coulant comes cold, the ice cream is melted and the spoons are all dirty, the food is distributed poorly and the waiters are very rude, I didn't like it at all, I hope it changes!

They gave us raw broccoli for dinner (if you want I attached a photo) with beets, as if you were pigs, also the waitress was very rude, disappointing and embarrassing, the rooms were pretty by the looks of it
