The hostel was right next to Ita Thao shopping district and less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, which was very convenient. Capsule room was clean and spacious, well worth the price. Staff were friendly and check in/out procedure was smooth. Complimentary tea and coffee at the ground floor pantry. The rooftop has a good view of the shopping district and abit of the lake, and was nice place to chill in the evening. If one wants they can also use the hot spring facility at the Wyndham next door, although it is quite pricey. Overall a very cozy hostel at a very convenient location, at a very good price.

The hostel environment is good and the room is quite spacious for a capsule hotel. The amenities and features also good for solo travelers.

An extremely good value stay. The staff is very helpful,friendly and speaks fluent English. There even is a great view of the lake from the accessible roof. The rooms are big enough to sleep as a couple with some extra luggage. Just be aware of the lacking sound isolation.

The staff was nice and they gave a good introduction of the place. It was clean and I enjoy my stay.

Great location at Itae Shao. Near food street. Very clean premises. Toilet is also clean. The capsule is spacious and cosy. Free use of espresso machine at the pantry. Check in and out is fuss free. Kudos to the staffs. Value for money. Highly recommend.

Location is good just that require to take a bus or a ferry across. Night market is just right beside. Cozy area plus a nice and chill roof

Very relaxing hotel, the air conditioning is very cold, the bathroom is clean, and the service staff is great.

The room type is much more spacious than expected, almost like a private room in a building. The room card can be swiped in and out throughout the entire process, ensuring high confidentiality. However, the room was a bit stuffy and the air conditioning system was not very powerful. I like the high-ceiling public space on the third floor, it's very relaxing. You can watch Netflix on the TV in the lobby on the first floor ☺️

Located in Itashao Village, you can take a boat trip on the lake, visit the shopping street and eat special snacks. Sit by the lake and enjoy the lake view. There is a spacious public space on the first floor of the hotel. You can wash, dry clothes and dry clothes on the top floor. The beds are spacious, the beds and quilts are very comfortable, the environment is clean, and the quality of tourists is quite high. Although men and women live in mixed dormitories, you can use the room card to enter and exit the room. Very safe and quiet at night. Big push. A must stay if you come to work in Sun Moon Lake.
