The hotel is very exclusive located in the middle of the main street, Via Toledo, and close to Toledo subway station and Molo Beverello Port. Modern rooms and staff very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

A positive surprise in the middle of a busy business street in Naples. Our room, with a balcony overlooking the narrow street between the houses, was surprisingly quiet. No problems with sleeping. A small hotel, but its interior design and pleasant staff were well worth visiting on your next trip to Naples

Estivemos hospedados no hotel Caruso Place de 28/08 a 30/08. Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos no hotel. A experiência com o hotel começou ainda no Brasil quando comecei a trocar e-mails com o Diretor do hotel, Adolfo Loschi. Ele me ajudou com informações e reservas muito úteis em nossa visita a Nápoles, Pompéia e Capri. O hotel está localizado literalmente na porta da Galeria Umberto I. É um edifício antigo, central, reformado, com instalações modernas e todos os confortos necessários. O destaque maior fica para equipe de atendimento do hotel sem exceção. Todos extremamente solícitos e atenciosos, das três recepcionistas e do rapaz que apoia com a bagagem e outras necessidades logísticas dos hóspedes. Parabéns pela equipe Adolfo. Great spot close to wonderful reasonably priced restaurants. Room was large and very clean. Beds comfortable as were the pillows. Soundproofing was perfect and a nice large TV . Staff were very friendly and helpful. In walking distance of the castle. Taxi rank 100 m away.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Naples. It’s perfect for reaching the main attractions and is on the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious and despite being on a very busy street, the windows block out all the noise - there’s an additional set of doors which close over the windows to block the light as well. Access to the hotel with luggage isn’t easy due to the sloping streets, but this is the compromise if you want to be in the heart of the city. The concierge was extremely helpful with our luggage and even wheeled our baggage down the street to our waiting taxi.

The hotel is located within walking distance to almost every site seeing thing you would want to do. It is also convenient to metro. The hotel is beautiful inside, the bedroom is spacious and comfortable. They provide a lovely breakfast. It is on a walking street so the taxi needs to drop you a very short distance away. Also if you arrive late evening get very detailed instructions on how to get in. I recommend to my friends!

We stayed here for a weekend in may. Our room was large and airy with a balcony overlooking the galleria Umberto. Room and bathroom were spotless and well appointed. Will definitely stay here if visiting Naples again. The only small problem we had was gaining access to check in. We were a bit confused as there was a huge door but you need to use the intercom. After this access is gained via a private doorway for residents. Very centrally located and we walked to all the touristy places.

It was just too loud - you could hear everything that was happening outside or on the street even though the window was closed and it was even a side street and that was all night. There was hardly any daylight - it was dark all day like a basement - not clear on booking otherwise we wouldn't have booked it. Otherwise it was very clean and the furnishings were very high quality. Great location, but the price was too high for not having a single quiet night.
