This hotel is located on the 3rd floor of this beautiful building. It’s very modern and clean! It’s close to many places to eat as well as just a walk away from the boat drop off and not too far away from the airport. The bathroom was beautiful as well as the balcony area and bedroom. The lighting was super cool and the room came with anything you could need such as coffee, slippers, drinks etc Great find!

The Grey was very beautiful from a look. However, you could tell some of the appliances/wall was scuffed and damaged. You could tell things were wearing out. The wall had shoe/luggage wheel marks. The corner of the rooms were damaged due to high traffic area. The shower head had a lot of calcium buildup and the bath floor had some scums. My fiancés pillow had brown/red stains on it. Despite the cleanliness, the staffs were nice and accommodating. They helped us book our ride to our airport as well.

The area around the property is dirty. Naples is dirty and the area is noisy. The Grey was lovely and the staff was helpful and attentive. We were impressed with the staff and how quickly they were willing to help with anything needed.

Clean, modern small “hotel”, only 6 rooms I think? . On the 3rd floor of an old building with a tiny old lift - big bags, big people would be an issue.
Shower space in my room would also be an issue for big people - long and narrow . 18 “/ 45cm x 36”/ 100cm . I couldn’t stand sideways in the shower.
Rooms well insulated from outside noise , but I could hear every word of phone conversations going on in the next room , and I am sure my morning alarm woke their baby ( sorry ).
Hotel does describe itself as a “B&B”, but I unintentionally managed to book just the room, and breakfast was going to be an extra 15 Euros.
Good area between the station / university and main tourist attractions- all walkable . Lots of cafes and restaurants- which was great .

Nice boutique hotel experience. Located in the third floor of an old building, the one-floor small hotel is very new, nice beds, nice bathrooms, all the amenities we needed. Staff was there during the day, and made sure to stay until we arrived to check-in and get a card to give us access after hours.

L’hôtel est propre, la chambre était très moderne et chouette, très bruyant par contre et dans un quartier un peu sale. En revanche, mon premier vol a été annulé à cause des grèves et l’hôtel qui aurait pu faire un geste commercial et me laisser annuler ma première nuit d’hôtel, a refusé de le faire, et du coup j’ai perdu une nuit..le petit déjeuner est simple, mais correct.

Gammel bygning, i sentrum av Napoli, nær alle turistattraksjoner. Hotellfasilitetene er komfortable og rommet er veldig behagelig. Frokosten er veldig intim, det er bare 4 bord, men du kan bestille hva du vil.

Posto centralissimo, con due passi a San Gregorio Armeno, Spacca Napoli, Napoli sotterranea….. inoltre parcheggi al chiuso a pagamento dietro l’angolo. La camera è il bagno hanno un ottima ristrutturazione in chiave moderna è il personale gentilissimo.
