Nice hotel. The hotel is located on 2nd floor of an old building and rooms are new and renovated. Breakfast is brought to you daily and the staff were very nice. Walking distance to most attractions in Naples.

Amazing location with good service

Quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, a newly renovated modern room in an old building in the center of a historic city. It is very clean and conveniently located. There are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the service is thoughtful and humane.

酒店是由古老的修道院改建而來，所以衹有一個簡單的電梯停在錯層，有半層需要人工搬運行李，不過也是獨特的體驗了。房間很大很乾凈，酒店經理很熱情周到，自選早餐也不錯。酒店周圍乾淨安全。

地理位置很好，緊鄰那不勒斯大學，近新堡。酒店是由修道院改建，進大門先上二樓前台辦理入住，再由電梯進入相應樓層的房間入住。早餐很棒，管理員是很不錯的小夥。

A wonderful hotel in the center of Napoli. Great location, near centro storico, metro restaurants, shopping and the ferry to islands. The hotel is very clean and bright. Perfect tided up every day! Good breakfast delivered to your room at the time you asked for. A small kitchen and small balcony. If you need anything Marco is always awailable to help you in the best way! Napoli is a wonderful vibrant city with much to see and do. All peaple are very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 8 nights and are already longing back. When we go back we will choose Dimora Duomo for sure!!!!!!

This is a simple B&B in a multi-purpose building. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The location is convenient, walkable to the old city, the waterfront and the train station. The room (502) was a good size and quiet. It faced the back of the building. You order breakfast the day before from an extensive list. We were leaving very early the 2nd morning, so asked if we could order some extra food to keep for the next day's breakfast, that was not a problem. The owner arranged car service transfers to/from airport, and made excellent restaurant recommendations (and called in reservations).

This is not a conventional hotel. They are located in an ancient building that is room for other business as well. They do not have a 24h reception, but the access is pretty easy with the keys they gave and Marco has managed to welcome us when we arrived. Room is larger than pretty much every place we have been in Europe so far, modern, and very clean. The elevator is very small and might not fit more than 3 people with luggage at the same time. After u get to the 1st floor by elevator, you still have to go a few steps down ( Marco has helped us and we did not need to carry our heavy luggage) . Breakfast is very varied and tasteful and is delivered to the room upon schedule ( first serving at 7:30). Marco has helped to schedule a transfer from Napoli Central Station - however since it is very close it might be better to just take a cab. The hotel is located close to the port, close to the Duomo metro station, there are supermarkets, caffès and restaurants close by. It really worked for us. Special thanks to Marco for the attention.

Marco is an excellent host. His recommendations for lunch were both spot on. Good location (close to two Metro stops and other sight seeing destinations). Breakfast is included which was a great time saver each day and the food was good too. The room was very nice. Good sized and nice amenities. A very good value for the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples at Dimora Duomo. Kudos to Marco and his staff for facilitating an amazing experience. He was very responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed using the lift to transport our luggage to the second floor (a welcomed surprise for Italy where we generally had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs). The room felt trendy and comfortable in a several hundred year old building. The location was great, close to the ferry as well as the old town center; also a short taxi from the airport and train station. We cannot recommend the Dimora Duomo highly enough!

The hotel is hard to find. It is on the main street next to a green tobacconist, but the sign is tiny and easy to walk past. (See pics; the big doors are usually open during business hours M-F, except around lunchtime.) We actually walked around the entire block and finally called Marco. He told us about the green tobacconist and had someone come out to meet us. I would highly recommend using WhatsApp to communicate with Marco. I have unlimited international calling abroad, so I can call. But every cafe, bar, restaurant, train station, etc. has free wifi, so you can always communicate with him for free if you have WhatsApp. Breakfast is really good. Each night you pick what you want and what time you want it and they bring it to your room. The beds are really comfy and you can personally control the heat or AC. They provide shampoo/bodywash, but no conditioner, so bring your own. Right behind the hotel is a small supermarket with tables and chairs. You can have two double sized cold Peronis for 5 euros total! Next to the supermarket is a restaurant. Truth is the area has tons of restaurants. We had no trouble eating well. I would recommend using TripAdvisor or Google for ratings, because we did and we never had a bad meal. The area looks grotty, but it is quite safe. The metro stop Duomo is only two blocks away. Plus we walked to the Duomo, the Convent, Sansevero, two castles and the waterfront without any public transport. The hotel does not have a restaurant, a bar or a standard lobby. You take the elevator to the 1st floor and they have a sorta lobby where you can store luggage, leave your keys, etc, but I would recommend contacting Mario first to make sure someone is available. And you have to squeeze into a tiny elevator with your luggage to get to your room. Finally Mario did book car service for us from the airport and Amalfi and the drivers were always there on time (or early) waiting for us. If you want a wonderful, reasonably priced, well located hotel in Naples this is your place. But if you want an American style hotel with a bar, restaurant, lobby, etc, you should not stay here.

Dimora Duomo is very well located in central Naples with easy access to the main sights and to bus and metro stops. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, large and very comfortable, especially the beds which have wonderful mattresses and extra fluffy pillows. This was particularly important to us as we had been suffering from various neck and back aches. These disappeared during our stay! Although the area is quite noisy (as is most of Naples), the double glazing ensured a quiet environment and a peaceful sleep. The best part of our stay was the gracious and informative help provided by Marco. Thank you Marco and we will definitely stay again the next time we find ourselves in Naples.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here, the room was huge compared to other places we have stayed in and it it an 1800s building. Marcos was very friendly and always available for any questions or concerns. Our breakfast was always served on time and was tasty. The room was also cleaned daily and was definitely a nice place to come back to after a long day of exploring Naples. Would definitely recommend DIMORA for those who are looking for a place in Naples. Grazie!!!

My mom & I stayed at this hybrid cross between an Airbnb & hotel for 5 days and it was so wonderful! It's really just a small private hotel. Marco and staff are very attentive and available, just a text or phone call away when not on-site. Marco helped with details such as providing lactose free milk & gluten free items. The breakfast is served in your room from a large menu you choose daily, including eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese and prosciutto, coffees, and large bakery assortments. The rooms are modern and essentially like a studio apartment with a mini kitchen, large sofa, table & chairs. We had a 2-bed corner room with 2 sets of French doors to mini balconies. The bathroom is enormous with a large walk-in shower and sink vanity. The entire hotel was newly renovated in 2019 in an old building with beautiful high-end materials and an eye for details and design. The building was pretty quiet, and the neighborhood has lots of shopping options, a nearby food store, metro station, even cafe & restaurants next door to the hotel. It was a good central location that permitted us to walk to Via Toledo & Galleria Umberto--the shopping district, the old quarter and churches, the modern museum of art, the port, etc. Marco also arranged private car pickup at the airport, and private car transport for our side trip to Sorrento for 4 days & return to the airport. His service was cheaper than others that I priced. 😉I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples! ⭐️❤️⭐️
