Conveniently located in strategic location . So far so good

This is my second time to stay in this hotel and everything is good as usual. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worst stay ever.... came back on the first night after a long day of outing and found out that there was no water when we wanted to shower... called the reception and they said there was something wrong with the water tank?? Which they could only get it fixed in 3 hours. They provided us with bottled water so that we could shower with that. Haha felt like I was back in army with the cold water, but privileged to be showering with precious bottled water. The room smells damp and there is mold at the corners of the carpeted floor as well as old moldy wood smell in the cabinets. Please book this hotel only if you dont mind staying in what felt like a furnace because I had to live with that the WHOLE 5-nights stay. Feedbacked multiple times and they mentioned it was "中央空调", which means "centralised aircon", and there was nothing they could do. Fair enough, they provided a standing fan, that helped to circulate the hot air in the room internally by like 1%, not bad. I mean it IS the first time I had to use a fan in a hotel... understand that it is a 3-star hotel but I've stayed in better 1 or 2 star hotels honestly.. at least their ac was working... I do have videos of my above claims but unfortunately Trip doesn't allow me to upload videos so.. best of luck for those who still choose to stay! Although I am sorry you've lost me as a customer, but please fix your hotel Wonstar... unless you're really going for.. One Star.

The front desk and cleaning staff provide first-class service and do their best to help guests solve their problems and make them feel at home. And the room is large enough to open two large suitcases. The only thing is that the sound insulation is poor, and the sound of activities on the bed in the isolated room is very clear.

It is very close to Ximending. Yonghe Soybean Milk, Tiantianli and Cheng Weizhen are all nearby the hotel, which is very convenient. This is my second time staying here, and now I can check in by myself, which is very convenient. The room size is acceptable, and the toilet uses a flush toilet. I am very satisfied.

The lobby manager was very friendly. He accompanied us through the check-in procedures and thoughtfully helped us arrange a room on a high floor. The room is neat and clean and the space feels ok. What can be improved is that the water pressure is very low and the water temperature is not hot enough

Before booking, I had requested to stay away from the elevator, but they gave me the first room in front of the nearest elevator. Coincidence? Deliberate? Forgot? No need to pay attention to tenant’s request? Thanks. ANDY

The location is convenient, between Taipei Main Station and Ximending. There is a supermarket nearby for bitter melon juice hot pot and roasted pork, and there are many stores open 24 hours a day, so you won’t have to worry about being hungry at night.
