We booked and pay but the Hotel did not give us the room to stay.
They inform us that they did not received any confirmation from trip.com.
Please refund the money.

Avoid!! No lock in the room, no sheet to cover up. People screaming until 3 am in the hotel. Housekeeping in non-existent rooms. Very high price for the service. The state of the hotel is really borderline. Zero !!
