The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the bathroom needs a little upgrade. It looks nice but wall paper starting to fall apart and chrome starting to rust in places. That being said I would highly recommend this place. We were there for a wedding and everything was great. One thing I need to point out is according to some reviews there is a pool. There is NO pool at this hotel. This might have changed our minds about staying here in the summer as I honestly have never experienced this type of humidity. I need to give a huge shout out to the guy at the concierge. I apologize for not remembering his name but he greets everyone with a hello and how was your day and is really there to help you out in any way you can. (someone needs to give him a raise!) The bed was very comfortable. Thanks for a nice stay.

I had my doubts but I am glad I stayed at this location. The hotel is in a good spot for touring the city whether by car or on foot. At the core of my contentment is the person working the front desk during my check-in and during my stay - Ms. Nivea H. From the first day through our last day she worked to ensure customer service was as best as it could be. I will not say she is the only front desk person able to provide great customer service, I hope that the management culture and training emphasizes this to all their employees. However, she is the main person that we experienced. The breakfast is also great, but the food throughout my time in New Orleans was great. Parking is interesting, but I used the hotel's valet and it worked out well. I hope you have the same experience that we did, since coming to New Orleans should be fun and relaxing even if you came here due to work reasons.

My 93 year old husband and I spent two nights at Hotel indigo last week and were very pleased with our experience. The room was nicely appointed in the bathroom was spacious though we did have an accessible room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows! Every place in the hotel was very clean, and nicely appointed. We were most impressed with the Front desk staff who were so helpful, courteous, and kind. We want to do a shout out to Susanne, who couldn't have been nicer, as well as professional. The common interest hotel dining room had good food at reasonable prices. The valet parking was a bit pricey, but very convenient and the attendants were also very helpful. Just around the corner on Carondelet Street we discovered the Gallier oyster bar, which had good food at a reasonable price.

I wasted a points redemption on this hotel. We booked it because it was near where our friend lived. Next time we will stay farther out. We were there for the 1st Mardi Gras weekend. During check-in, the front desk staff was distracted talking to each other about non-work-related stuff instead of engaging with the guests. (We observed this to be the norm every time we came and went) The drink coolers in the retail area only had a few diet drinks and water. When we asked when it would be refilled, the clerk told us, ”it's Mardi Gras season. We might get some more after that”. Yes, it's arguably the busiest tourist season for New Orleans, call your distributor or tell the manager to go to the grocery store. We booked a room with a king and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper didn't have any sheets, nor were there any that could be used to make the bed ourselves. The top sheet and blanket weren't even tucked in on the king bed. Based on other TA reviews, we brought our own towels. The coffee supplies had not been replenished. Breakfast was nothing special and not replenished until guests asked

We had a really late check in (4 am) the first night, after a long drive. Jada at the front desk was so energetic and kind and accommodating to us. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the lobby and gym provided us a good place to get work and work outs done. We didn’t get the name of everyone on staff, but everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful to us. Possibly one of the best (of many) hotels we have ever stayed in! 10/10 would stay again.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI chose to stay at the Windsor Court because it is the destination for those who actually live here to celebrate special moments in their lives. We were not disappointed. This hotel is the epitome of what people think of when you hear southern hospitality and charm. It is a lovely property. We stayed in one of their suites and it was nicely appointed. While we enjoyed our stay there are two things that need special recognition. 1) All the doormen but especially Corey who is an absolute star. My mom is 91 with limited mobility and without Corey I have no idea how I would have gotten her in and out of all our taxis and cars—and he secured the best driver to get us the airport. 2) Whomever runs their in-room dining has their A game on. Not only is ordering a pleasure they are extremely fast and everything is beautifully presented (and their beignets are excellent). I have stayed at one of the other 5 star properties in New Orleans and it was very nice but there is something far more authentic and personal about the Windsor Court.
KKseniia KoshevaiaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.
GGuest Userstayed here twice in 2 weeks for business. First room had 2 beds as I was traveling with someone. 2nd time was just a single bed for a few nights. Both stays I enjoyed very much! There is a nice outdoor fenced area just to soak in the atmosphere of the neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable and I love that they had sooo many pillows on them! I showered at different times throughout the day and there was no issues with the water pressure or hot water. There is a coffee lounge bar right down stairs and they also have live sports on TV. This hotel offers every amenity that you might need- I hope to be back! Thank you Marsh hotel!
GGuest UserIf you want the experience of staying in the French Quarter and being a hop and a skip from Bourbon Street, then this is your place. Check in was a breeze, Mikey at the front desk displayed nothing but great customer service, along with Larry throughout our stay. Our room was exactly like the photos on Expedia. We had dinner at the Bombay Club the first night and the food was delish! However, if you do not want to take Bourbon Street to bed with you, this may not be your place..lol. We heard the partying, car horns blowing, trap music playing (love trap music) not to mention our room was right by the elevator and our twelve year old was with us (She thought she was going to partying too..lol) I always want the experience that I read about and see from traveling television shows, etc. Got the experience and next time we're in NOLA we will opt for a different experience. We enjoyed our stay! Merci Beaucoup
GGuest UserOur family spent two nights at the Bourbon Hotel (October 10-12). We read the reviews and were expecting an upscale hotel experience. We travel very often in the US and around the world, in all types of hotels-from basic 3 starts accommodations to luxury resorts. We do not go to hotels unless we verify recommendations and find the best fit. At most, the reviews are accurate. At times, slightly non-representing, nevertheless, we realize that it is a matter of taste. However, it is rare that an experience is so far fetched from the positive review that I had to write one myself (I very rarely do). From the moment we entered, it was a clear that we are entering a once glamorous venue which was not maintained, not clean with an atmosphere in lobby as if we entered a train station and not a hotel. The room itself was also filthy, with toe nails under our bed, hair in the closet and dust in the room. There was no soap, and housekeeping did not clean at all the following morning. The door to the balcony does not close properly and therefore it is very noisy. The empty mini bar was more of a heater than a cooler. During the whole duration of our stay, the same garbage items were not removed from the elevator and others not cleaned in lobby. When we attempted to order room service as stated on the hotel website, we were told that “we no longer deliver food to room” with no apology given. When we went to try our luck at the breakfast buffet, we were told “we no longer offer it”. We were fine with a-la-carte but then we found out that they only offer bar seating and no high chair was provided for our daughter. Again, with no apology. They were filming a series outside of the hotel, which by itself is a cool thing, but not when it makes the hotel a production room, filthy, messy, noisy and again-the hotel does not acknowledge it. The worst moment was when we needed to wait 15 minutes in the heat to get back to the hotel as the small street was closed for filming. Again, no apology given. When we needed the front desk supervisor’s assistance in a billing matter concerning tax, we were dismissed in the most vulgar and not-service-oriented manner, despite the fact that they clearly did not follow State and Federal Law. We tried to explain the issue but again, there was a total lack of willingness to listen. Bottom line, this hotel is a disgrace. Maybe years ago it deserved 4 stars, today it is a mediocre youth hostel that charges like a luxury hotel. Avoid.
RRuskinWe booked the hotel seeing that it had 4 stars, there was a pool and the amenities list said there was an oven and microwave for the room. I can tell you that when we got there we were definitely surprised and not in a good way. The pool was closed even though they put a sign on the door thanking people for staying 6 ft apart. I don’t understand how you can be 6 ft apart if you can’t even go into the pool area, let alone the pool itself. Another reason we were extremely unhappy was because we had brought frozen food expecting to be able to heat it up and there was no oven, nor a microwave in the room. For a 4 star hotel that is ridiculous! Additionally, the hotel was doing some COVID-19 relief programs which in retrospect is very nice of them due to the fact that New Orleans is a poor area, but they did not let us know about it when we booked the room and the outside the hotel was full of homeless people and others just sitting around smoking and drinking by both doors outside and roaming throughout the lobby. My husband and I were very displeased and even though the hotel was giving them food and water, they created a place where anyone could have definitely caught the virus if they aren’t careful enough or if anyone walking in had it. If we ever go back to New Orleans, we will not be staying there.
GGuest UserHotel good location a block off of Canal St. and Bourbon street. Room with king bed was a little smaller than I thought but adequate. Very modern features in room and enjoyed the rain head shower very much. Checkin was easy and front staff person was friendly. Only did a 2 night stay.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel 2 months ago through hotels.com. I selected the ”pay at hotel” option. We show up and they do not have our reservation or any available rooms. Unfortunately, the card I used to reserve the room was compromised and had to be canceled. I forgot that this card was used to reserve the room, and never followed-up. Nevertheless, I would think that since I only reserved the room and would still pay at the hotel, the hotel would hold on to my reservation, or maybe contact us before canceling the reservation. This was a huge inconvenience, and ended up roaming the streets in desperate need of a place to stay late at night.
五五一在家Conveniently located in the heart of the French Quarter in Orléans. It is the parking to be handed over to the doorman and parked in the far away garage. Going on Thanksgiving, there are too many people to stay. Breakfast was eaten at the French street outside the French street, cheap and delicious. The photo is the restaurant on the French street next to it, the breakfast is good.
