When I checked in, the hotel front desk said my credit card couldn't be used! Later I found out that there was a problem with the hotel check-in system! I had to wait for a full hour and a half. When I entered the room, I found chocolate on the floor that had not been cleaned up. The rooms provided are also corner irregular rooms. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the hotel to complain. Someone from the hotel inspected the floor of the room and upgraded me to another room. Ctrip conducted customer interviews, learned about the situation and communicated with the hotel, and finally Ctrip provided a service plan! Thank you to Ctrip staff for their responsible spirit! The hotel is nice and the restaurant service is good! The quality of management staff's work and customer service quality need to be improved (to be worthy of the hotel brand's image among customers).

The Langham is a lovely hotel in a convenient midtown location. Almost 5 stars, but room service and breakfast at restaurant fall very short so taking off 1 star. Pros: - very large rooms and huge closets for NYC - impeccably clean room and outstanding housekeeping - service in Langham Club exceptional - friendly and helpful doormen - good value Negatives: - check in “upgraded” our room through Amex FHR; however neglected to tell us that our “upgraded” room (though larger) was now on a low floor without a view, and it was extremely noisy (even for NYC)- when earplugs are provided on the nightstands you know it’s a problem. Need better sound proofing on windows. Also our “upgraded” room did not have a bathroom door! This is a very poor design flaw and was a real negative to our stay. - room service was very poor. Our order was missing a breakfast entree after waiting 50 minutes and a replacement was not brought before we had to leave. Coffee was cold and tasted as if it had been made hours before. Canned whip cream was brought and offered to be sprayed on our waffles- just no. - breakfast at Ai Fiore was a disaster. Extremely rude and dismissive service. Slow. Very limited selection and poor food quality. Don’t eat there.

Refinery is first of all a good location. It ’s convenient to go to Broadway to watch a show or to go to midtown. The nearby Bryant Park has my favorite breakfast shop. West 40th Street has good Spanish food. Michelin ’s chef ’s table is the highest in the world at West 39. Street ... you can understand so much. In fact, the room facilities are just like that. In contrast, I prefer their hotel public facilities and bathrooms. Their rooftop is a relatively popular restaurant with nice night views.

Great location in Midtown, just blocks from the Empire State Building, Macy's, and several dining and breakfast options. Easy walk to subway and even Times Square (20 minutes). Rooms are small, but clean and very comfortable. (We were impressed by how much storage space was available in the room.) Amenities are not fancy (small restaurant with limited options, small gym), but it's an excellent starting point for exploring the city. There was some noise bleed from neighboring rooms, but none from outside.

Must talk about it. Hotel location, service and hygiene, not to mention, anyway, generally pass. The breakfast was really good, things were basically the same every day, and I was tired for six days. By the way, breakfast is free to eat, no matter your room rate includes breakfast, just go down to the first floor to eat, no one cares, no breakfast coupons. What I want to say this time is that the hotel's checkout will not be refunded if you charge more! It was a very irresponsible and unreasonable hotel. Later, under the coordination of Ctrip, a part was returned, and Ctrip helped me to pay the rest. Thanks for Ctrip's support! The hotel received $ 162.76, but in the end it charged me $ 413.41, more than $ 250! The pre-authorization at check-in was only $ 187.76, and the front desk had no objection to the pre-authorization account at check-out. The remaining part was charged without my knowledge after leaving. What is the difference between stealing and stealing? And they are all received by mistake, and some fees are repeatedly collected. Later, with the help and coordination of Ctrip, the hotel promised to refund some of the fees that were repeatedly charged, and the overcharge of the front desk staff caused by their own mistakes was 125 dollars, and it was not refundable! Amazing hotel in the best area , close to everything . Hotel itself clean , cute cozy. Room is very decent, we see the Empire State from our room , breakfast has hot and cold stuff and to go food if you want for a snack , I loved their coffee. People from reception, breakfast team, housekeeping are decent , helpful and working hard. They hv a cozy cute table downstairs for a drink or the 26th floor which is the top notch to see NY and direct to the Empire State. My only recommendation pls do a deep clean for the carpet in z rooms as we noted stains . I def recommended and will go there again and again

The reception staff at the front desk had a good attitude, enthusiasm and patience... The room was clean and quiet. After a week, it was very safe. All the fears I had expected before were superfluous... 20 US dollars per day security fee~ go to the international Metropolis New York will stay again. ”Hip” and ”boutique” has become a metaphor for dirty and unclean. The ”hotel room” was bare bones, dirty, with previous guests used personal toys left behind end tables. The small kitchen was barely usable - no under cabinet lighting, no dishwasher, small fridge, coffee maker dirty and unclean, same for the broken toaster, no dishwashing soap for even the small amount of utensils and glassware. No effort was made to clean underneath the bed; the bed itself sagged. The room view is into tenement like housing (if I wanted a West Side Story experience, I would go to the theater rather than pay for this cheap ...calling it a hotel is a stretch). The balcony is a joke (at worse a hazard (make sure the balcony door is locked.) The corner space between the top mattress and boxspring was dirty, crumbs, dust, etc - clearly had not been vacuumed or cleaned since the Roosevelt administration. Wi-Fi is subpar. Another effort by a non-corporate hospitality company (or whoever owns this dump) to milk tourists who come to New York by renovating whatever this building used to be into a sub standard ”hotel” rooms and skating by on ”location.”

This hotel is in a convenient location, the front desk was efficient, and the lobby is reasonably nice. The elevators work well, require key cards (added security) and there were none of the delays encountered at similar properties. The 2 queen bed room was very cramped for two people (more than two would be impossible), and no storage space except for the small closet. I like to unpack my bag for multi-night stays but we had to live out of suitcases and there wasn't even anywhere to put them without blocking the walkway. Decor was dated, with dirty old carpet squares. Bathroom was spacious and clean but with a tiny sink jammed in the corner of the vanity. Beds were comfortable. Hallways were okay but smelled of disinfectant, which I suppose indicates they are clean. Breakfast, the Hampton Inn brand claim to fame, was unappealing and the hot food ran out quickly. The first morning we literally got the last pieces of toast and nothing else. There was no maid service until checkout. The price was moderate by Manhattan standards but not low enough to make these issues acceptable.

The Martinique was my first stop in New York. As a solo traveller I was comforted to find out that it was slap bang in the middle of all the attractions I had planned to see. I could walk to Times Square very easily and in the other direction to Chelsea. I probably wouldn’t get the breakfast if I stayed again (it was delicious especially the fruit and yoghurt). There was a charge at the desk when I arrived and I could have used this balance for a breakfast and other snacks instead of paying additional money for a breakfast included in the price of my room. Overall, a lovely place to stay. Great that there was a coffee shop in the foyer to set me up for a day of exploring!

We are at 12 o'clock to the store. I was told that the suite that had been booked and paid for the full amount was gone, downgraded to the standard room, and the front desk girl said that I posted two breakfasts.
