Everything was good, but air conditioner was not perfect 🥲 it's not cool at midday, and staff are not good at english so travellers have to use translate app

Staff are all very nice and friendly. Hotel provides motorbike rental. It is located in a very convenient Nha Trang city centre, and very near the beach.

The location is excellent, the view from the room is simply gorgeous. We specifically booked a room with a sea view. The room is clean, modern, everything is there for a comfortable stay (kettle, toiletries). The downside is that the water in the sink drained very slowly. But since we stayed for a couple of nights, I didn’t bother to go find out. The gym consists of several exercise machines, no dumbbells, no horizontal bar. The pool is small, only 3 sun loungers. The bar area was cool in the evening, you could sit, but the bar was not open. Perhaps it was not the season, I didn’t see people by the pool during the day, so there were no problems. The main disappointment is the breakfast, there seems to be a lot of dishes, but it was not very tasty for me, there was a lot of oil in the fried vegetables and rolls, and I have already lived in 5 hotels and have an impression of the breakfasts. I was especially surprised that the bread was not very fresh; on the second day there was a general smell of mold. The fruits were delicious. And on the first day, potatoes and bacon were edible.

This hotel should be in the group tour business. Except for the good location, the rest can only be said to be average. If it is a three-person room, the price is still advantageous. If there are more choices for a two-person room, you may not choose this hotel.

Ctrip collaborates with merchants to defraud consumers. I booked a room with a city view that I could cancel at any time, but when I arrived, I could only see a high-rise building outside the window. It looked like a police station. I didn’t want it anymore, but the front desk disagreed. Finally, I was told that if I stayed for one night, I could get a refund for the next three nights. After I submitted it, I was rejected and said that the manager disagreed. I contacted Ctrip. Now when I contact them, they say I will take a look at your needs. After a while, they send me a message asking if it is convenient for you to call me. I tell them how your results are, and the answer is always that they will deal with it later. I don’t know how late it can be. They said they provided free parking, but when I arrived, they said they could only park on the roadside of the hotel. After parking for two nights, there was no room on the roadside. They found a parking lot for me, but they just left and asked me to pay. Regarding parking fees, Ctrip only collects money but does not handle the matter.

The hotel is conveniently located. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good, with easy access to the beach, night market, and nearby shopping malls. The room is comfortable, the front desk staff has a smile, and their English is average, but they are very friendly. There is a swimming pool and fitness facilities on the 20th floor, which is generally good.

The location was perfect, and I was happy that it was a suite room with a view on the 19th floor that the whole family could share :) Thanks to the kind staff, I had a good time. I'll come again :)

They only give you a card key, so it's inconvenient to have to turn off the air conditioner when you go to the pool or somewhere else. The place where you put the card in the room you're assigned to is broken, so the card falls out while you're sleeping and the air conditioner light turns off. The morning wasn't that great.

I had a comfortable trip thanks to the good location and friendly staff. The passport was safely deposited and the room was upgraded for free. The receptionist is very kind. However, there is nothing to eat for breakfast. Maybe it's because the hotel isn't big. I recommend it as a cost-effective accommodation.
