Very good hotel located in the center of Nice. Everything is within walking distance. Only a few steps to the Promenade des Anglais. Very comfortable beds, well organized room. Breakfast in a restaurant on the 8th floor with a view of the roof of Nice. A very rich breakfast buffet with hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon) and cold meats, delicious cheeses, vegetables, fruits and excellent sweet pastries and jams. The only minus is the poor quality coffee.
Comfortable lobby with plenty of places to sit. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool and spa. The overall very good impression of the hotel was spoiled by the unsympathetic and unhelpful reception staff. Check-in took a very long time and was the worst experience of staying at this hotel. The breakfast service was very good, helpful and nice.
