It's average, the front desk is not very friendly to Asians, they gave us a very low floor, and when I asked about changing rooms, they said they were fully booked. I stayed in a small town in the south for a few days and I felt that this was common (invisible discrimination), and the restaurant waiters were the same.
Apart from the service, the room facilities are new, the location is good, there are USB and type C interfaces, and it is friendly to tourists' electronic devices.

I had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful, no need for a taxi, or Uber or anything, everything possibleby foot.
The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest. The bathroom had all the needed accessories like hair dryer, and more importantly, a good hot shower.
Needless to say that the team at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always have a smile for you.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I surely will try to get there again when in Nice next time!

Good location, very close to the commercial street, a few minutes to Galeries Lafayette, seven or eight minutes to the beach, and more than ten minutes walk to the train station.
Breakfast is rich and delicious.
Stayed for two nights. On the day of check-in, because the room window could not be closed normally, I asked for a replacement. The communication with the hotel staff on duty was unpleasant. Ctrip came forward to negotiate and the problem was solved. The hotel staff still emphasized that I didn’t need to find Ctrip and they would solve it for me. I was tired of listening to it and didn’t give him a good face. He still served me for the next two days, and his attitude was normal. If there was no unpleasantness on the day of check-in, the subsequent experience would still be good.
The room is clean, the space is good, and the decoration is traditional. There is a basin for women to wash in the bathroom, but I forgot to take a photo.
In addition, there is a Yifang milk tea shop a few minutes walk from the hotel, which is delicious!
