Hotel with an excellent location for visiting Nice on foot. Spacious rooms, bathroom to be improved, very narrow toilet position. Bathroom cleaning to be improved. Reception staff kind and helpful. Sufficient breakfast

Very general. My room is 101. The door gets stuck on the floor halfway through. Visible marks can be seen on the floor. The door handles are also very cut. There is a musty smell when you enter.
