I got a spacious room. Sadly no shower available before 4pm. The open air bath is a must try.

It was not worth the price. Yes they have an onsen, but it’s closed in the morning. Also, there is a time on when you can use it. It’s only open from 16:00-21:30. So we decided to just use the shower in the room, but to our surprise, you can’t use it, too! They locked it and put a barrier on it so that you really can’t enter the bathroom. That’s insane! I can’t believe this hotel got a 3-star from a reviewer. Hotel is old, too. Don’t stay in this hotel or you’ll just be disappointed.

This is a traditional hot spring hotel with an attractive price and excellent value for money. It's a short walk from the station, but there is a Lawson on the way, so you won't have any trouble getting food or daily necessities. The hotel is equipped with recreational equipment such as guitars, ukuleles, punching bags, and children's swings, so there is plenty of room for fun. In the morning, we were surrounded by the sounds of the babbling river and the chirping of birds, and we enjoyed the fresh air and had a relaxing time. Recommended for those who like the atmosphere of traditional hot spring hotels and are looking for a reasonable stay.

The room is Japanese style, spacious, clean. There is a bathroom but no shower. You have to go to the shared bathroom. But there is soap, shampoo and lotion. There is also an onsen to soak in. There is also a parking lot. The view from the bedroom is a beautiful stream. The staff is polite.

The rooms and lobby are decorated with great care. They are antique. There is a hot spring on the second floor. There is a children's play area. There is a fitness area. There is also a music area with many musical instruments. There are many calligraphy and sculptures.

Old and somewhat dilapidated structure but for the price and for the fact of having a traditional onsen (separated for men and women) and Japanese-style rooms, all in all it was not a bad experience. The host was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel smelled of mold and some areas were not accessible (such as the broken and abandoned sauna in some way).

It was a nice bath that kept me warm for a long time.

First of all, the hot spring is only available until 9:45pm, which is the worst. We couldn't even take a morning bath. Furthermore, the toilet in our room didn't flush properly and we had to flush it several times before it would flush properly. When we checked with the front desk, they told us it was because we were on the 7th floor, but I thought that a poor flush would be a problem no matter what floor we were on. We stayed for 2 nights, and after one night we went sightseeing and returned, but there was no sign of anyone having entered the room, and no amenities had been added, perhaps because we had taken the key with us. The only thing that could be praised was the view. Everything else was terrible. I will never stay here again.

The large public bath closes at 9:45pm. I was also disappointed that I couldn't take a bath in the morning.

Although it is an old inn/hotel, the good parts are still intact. I felt that it was excellent to be offered a room without meals at this price.

Facilities: relatively complete, but the equipment is relatively old. Environment: Close to the river, the environment is still very good. Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic.

Overall, I’ll give it 3 points. The biggest advantage is the cheap price. You can’t ask for too much for a cheap price. The room is very big and can sleep more than a dozen people without being crowded. There are no beds made and the tatami mats have no heating panels. The air conditioner works well and the thick eiderdown quilt makes you sweat when you cover it, but it's cold when you don't cover it. There is no restaurant, so you can order food over the phone, and restaurants outside can deliver it. It’s better to choose a more expensive hotel when you go out to play.

I stayed in a nice room overlooking the Kinugawa River. The room was large and the heating worked well. The bathroom in my room was no longer in use, so I used the large public bath, but unfortunately the temperature of the water was too cold. Also, it was a real shame that the public bath was only open from evening until night, so I couldn't take a bath in the morning. Currently, it is only possible to stay overnight without meals and no meals are provided, but there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, making it convenient for families to travel cheaply. There is also a refrigerator in the room, which is helpful. Unfortunately, there are no affordable restaurants nearby. Considering the cost-effectiveness, I think it is suitable for a family trip.

The hotel is a bit old, but the hot springs are nice.
