Love the place, service, footbath, onsen and there's also free shuttle to the nearest station!

Very friendly and welcoming staffs , we are amaze the check in staff , she came out to the drive way to welcome us and help us with our bags. The meals were great with local veg n presentation are nicely served. The rooms are clean and very huge . The hotel is not new but they have maintained well . Next visit to japan , Hoshino resorts will be first on my list .

Such a beautiful place. The food was also excellent. Despite the resort being a bit further away, I really think it's worth getting there. It is a level above other places we stayed before.

It is a traditional Japanese hotel, but the service and food are of the best standard in Japan, and it is worthy of being owned by the Hoshinoya Group. The hotel includes a Japanese dinner and breakfast, and the meal is served in a similar way to French cuisine, with appetizers-sushi-sashimi-main course-dessert, and seafood and meat are all very rich.

It is also convenient to bring my 2-year-old daughter with me. And children can also soak in the hot springs together. The environment of the hot spring facilities is very beautiful and elegant. There is also a foot bath hot spring available 24 hours a day. Soaking your feet while listening to the sound of the river can definitely relax your body and mind. Morning and evening have their own characteristics. The mill experience is also fun. There is also a toy loan service for children. Although the building feels a bit old and there are few facilities available, it is great for relaxing and enjoying nature.

Take the train to Kawaji Yumoto, and there is a hotel shuttle bus waiting for you when you get out of the station. The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the food quality of the one-night-two-meals service is very good. The hot spring is highly recommended, and the skin is smooth after washing. Overall very satisfied!

The hotel is a little far away, but it's very convenient to go by tram. The lobby is amazing as soon as you enter. The room is very spacious, the hot spring is very comfortable, and the rest area is neatly organized. Very good value for money.

This is my first time going to a hot spring hotel under the Hoshino Resorts Group! Overall the hotel is very clean and the service is friendly! The lunch and dinner set menus are a bit overwhelming, but the hot spring rooms are quite comfortable. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Generally speaking, it's average. The Japanese are quite well-behaved. They won't offend you, and they won't be any better. It's just that the transportation from Tokyo is complicated and it took more than 4 hours. We have a drop-off service when leaving the store. The waiter asked us if we had made a reservation? Don’t I have reservation information? Only supports English and Japanese services

Stayed for two days. The location is indeed quite remote. There is a shuttle bus to Kawaji Yumoto Station. There are two buses a day according to the train arrival time. The hotel's evening banquet was below expectations, but it was better on the second night. There is no convenience store in the town, and there is only one restaurant nearby. It is closed on Thursdays. The hotel does not provide lunch, and there is no paid service.
