民宿在遠離景區主路的地方，所以很安靜。這裏所謂的遠離也不是很遠，向內延伸100米左右而已。
這個民宿所在的位置有個飯店，但是老闆表示沒辦法提供飯菜，他們的飯店其實是在主街上。
民宿窗下可以停車，但是位置不多，先到先得。
我們在十一期間定了4人房也衹花了400多，性價比極高。
房間內基本設施都有，但是跟酒店是沒辦法比的，畢竟價格放在這裏，但是套房的空間很大，270度觀景平台，能看到比較好的日出。
套房內兩個單人床所在的房間有門，去衞生間會途徑特大床房，真的很大。美中不足是衞生間是玻璃門，私隱性不好。如果介意的人不太適合。

沒有電梯，但房間比較乾淨，而且距離鏡泊湖景區入口大概步行5分鐘。窗簾很厚，能夠遮擋外面的陽光，容易睡過頭。稱得上物超所值了。

環境很次，衞生也不好，基本很少打掃，設施更不用説了，當天下雨很冷，空調都不制熱，我凍了一宿，主要是由於酒店建設時間太長了，不怎麼管理和維護了，都不敢好的民宿，對不起酒店這個名，10月1日，當天入住200多，我看也就值100吧，位置也在衚衕裏，不推薦大家入住

對於十一期間我住的370的價格的民宿，服務設施乾淨都屬於一般，配不上這個價錢。但如果是平時150的價位也還可以。
沒有吹風機，我住的這個價位有空調。
但相較於十一期間在延吉琿春住的民宿，在價格上基本相當，設施上比還是不錯的啦。
反正就是看和哪比，花多少錢，值不值當。
鏡泊湖比較遠，不提前一天晚上住這也不方便啊，我們前一天晚上住這，第二天早上七點到火山森林去玩，玩完再去鏡泊湖，兩點看完跳水就往市區回了。

景區附近小旅店，環境還可以，來遊玩休息一天是可以的。帶餐廳，晚餐菜碼不小，味道還可以，價格比市區略貴。
