1，前台服務員就和別人欠她錢一樣，****的，多少年沒見過這種服務態度的人，真夠給寧波旅遊業丟人的。
2，酒店隔音特別差，影響睡眠，大清早走廊就開始吵鬧起來，門幾乎不隔音，想睡個安穩覺不存在的。
3，睜眼説瞎話，床的寬度明明不夠1.2米，最多90釐米，和頁面寫的不符合，還死不承認。
