My mother uses a wheelchair, so I requested a barrier-free room, so I contacted them directly and made a reservation. The price was reasonable, and the barrier-free room was a spacious room made up of two single rooms combined, and it was a special room where the wheelchair could enter the unit bath as it was. For those of us who use wheelchairs, we were very grateful and thankful. When we went to eat in our wheelchair, we were able to find a place where we would not disturb other guests and could eat leisurely. There was a large public bath on the upper floor, but as expected, my disabled mother could not use it, but the washing area in the bathroom of the room was very spacious (the wheelchair could enter as it was (the toilet and bath are together)) and very clean, so my mother was able to wash her body leisurely with peace of mind. This was the first time I have traveled since I started using a wheelchair, so I am very grateful and thankful that there is such a facility where I can stay with peace of mind. We were also able to park in the wheelchair-only parking lot right in front of the hotel, which was very much appreciated. Thank you to the staff.
