Bubali Villa & Apartments

Absolutely awful. We checked out after one night. We booked for a double deluxe room. We had a studio that had a shower in the living quarters. The booking on line advertised an eat in restaurant for breakfast which was why I chose this place- there was none. I walked through this place last August and was told there would be a restaurant where we could purchase food for breakfast. There was no safe in the room. The receptionist was going to bring me one. Well if she could bring me one to the room, I suppose anyone could walk off with it. There was only one light in the ceiling and the only lamp did not have the proper plug so it was not usable. There was a problem with the electricity and the television did not work when we got up in the morning. The deal breaker was when I was told there was no maid service and we were not getting fresh towels. I am a nurse. This is a matter of proper hygiene. I really feel that I need some kind of refund especially since their posting on the web advertised the restaurant where breakfast could be purchased. I was told that they started to build it but it was not finished as yet. I would not have booked there. I also have pictures of the room which was really a large closet. There was nothing "double" or "deluxe " about it. I would in good faith, appreciate a refund. I would rate the place a minus 5 in all categories. Dolores Russo

The location is great and the service was great Room were very clean and the staff was very helpful to help church me in

2 weeks before our stay during peak high season they cancelled our reservation when it was fully paid for. We tried calling, messaging emails and no help. They acknowledged our message on whatsapp but never responded. Very frustrating….and not worth dealing with them, save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Okay stay. Overall a little underwhelming based on the reviews I read prior to our trip. The property and rooms need a little TLC. The kitchen range hood light was missing and the exhaust fan didn’t work. Some broken blinds and loose floor tiles in bedroom. They were working on some exterior painting and built a roof over the bbq, so some improvements were being made. The location was good. Overall everything was okay, not the 8.8 rating it had in the previous reviews.

My new home while in Aruba!!! My stay with Bubali Villa was amazing!!! First, I was greeted by Merideth and her amazing smile. Merideth informed me that my studio was clean and available for a early check-in. Also, Merideth gave me a tour of the property which was wonderful. I found everything to be perfect. The wifi was the best ever at any property that I have ever stayed at. My room was very clean and the property is well maintained. The area is safe and not busy with a lot of tourists. Eagle beach is a 15 minutes walk by foot or a 3 minutes drive by car. Bubali Villa is in a great location to acess the major highways. Superfoods is a 10 minutes walk and there are other food stores even closer to stock your fridge. Bubali Villa will be my new home whenever I retuned back to Aruba. I just fell in love with this gem.❤❤❤

Too far from the beach - my faut The best feature of this property is its relatively close location to the big Super Foomarket. 15 minute walk to nearest bus stop became tiresome. Office hours were unpredictable. Bathroom was tiny. No towels at checkin. Bed simple but comfortable.
