Great Place at the end of the road
Staff were fantastic could not do enough for you, food was very good, only slight issue the window in the bedroom door needs a curtain to stop the security light coming in to the room at night.

Excellent find, tucked away
Warm welcome, arriving just a few minutes before the kitchen closed was no problem and a lovely meal was promptly served.
Location is very quiet so a good nights sleep.
Room looked very new and was well appointed.
Good quality monsoon shower over bath.
EXCELLENT breakfast - when does thick slice bacon become gammon?? This must have been borderline, it was superb!

Perfection
Lovely place. Really nice new accommodation. Great food. Its a bit out of the way but well worth eating and staying here. A good base camp for Southend and Chelmsford.

A lovely pub in a lovely setting.
Room spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
Meals all well cooked and tasty.
Staff all really helpful and seem to love their job couldn’t do enough.

A real gem
A real gem. Superb setting and a welcoming sight. The Inn, staff, service and accommodation were excellent. Chose the Inn as we were visiting family locally. Obviously a great deal of time and money spent on developing such a lovely property.
I cannot recommend it more highly. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Very nice place to stay.
Very nice place to stay.
Just a short overnight stay, with alovely breakfast in the morning.
Spacious bar and restaurant, with lovely outdoor seating area and garden.
Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Would definitely stay again.

Little corner of heaven
What a little gem. From the moment we booked in everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was The Kestrel. The room was large, very clean, warm had a decent sized smart tv. A lovely bath room with under floor heating a double sized walk in shower, with toiletries and soft towels. We had our evening meal and breakfast there and both meals were delicious and hot. We can’t wait to go back
