We liked the hotel and the holiday in general. But the whole impression was spoiled by the reception staff!!!! They stole the room key twice and tried to knock out a $200 fine. The first time I forgot to lock the room and the cleaning lady took it. I repeatedly said that she must have taken it. To which the reception staff refused. Only when I was about to go to the cleaning lady myself, they suddenly found it. We wrote it off to ourselves as a misunderstanding and sloppiness. Then it got worse. Just before leaving for the airport, a girl came into our room and said that a transfer had arrived. As it turned out later, she quietly took the key that was inserted into the door lock. We spent a lot of time in a small room trying to find the key. To no avail. At the reception, they said that the key was in the room and left, because we already sensed something was wrong. The key, by the way, has a very weighty wooden keychain, which is hard to miss. As a result, a receptionist caught up with us on a bicycle, we shook out all the neatly packed suitcases. The stress was extreme, we had to go to the airport, and we had already lost more than 40 minutes. I decided to pay, promising that if they found the key, they would transfer the money to the card. But!!!! I took a photo of the moment of transferring the money and wrote down the phone number of the hotel employee (See photo). This turned out to be decisive. Five minutes later, the same employee from the reception called our driver and asked him to delete the photo and his phone number. He allegedly found the nag and was now going to transfer the money to the driver. In general, everything happened exactly like that and we had to run around the airport looking for an exchange office to exchange shillings for dollars. As a result, terrible stress at the end of the vacation, a spoiled impression of the hotel and a loss of about $ 30 on transfers. P.S. I hope the owner of the hotel will see this review and help smooth out the impression of the vacation!!! Отель и отдых в целом нам понравились. Но все впечатление испортил персонал ресепшена!!!! Два раза они украли ключ от номера и пытались выбить 200$ штрафа. Первый раз я забыл закрыть номер и уборщица его забрала. Я многократного говорил, что это она наверняка забрала его. На что персонал ресепшена отвечал отказом. Только когда я собрался идти сам к уборщице они в друг нашли его. Мы списали это для себя на недоразумение и раздолбайство. Дальше было круче. Перед самым отъездом в аэропорт к нам в номер зашла девушка и сказала, что приехал трансфер. Как оказалось позже, она в тихую забрала ключ, который был вставлен в дверной замок. Мы потратили много времени в небольшой комнате, чтобы найти ключ. Безрезультатно. На ресепшене сказали, что ключ в номере и поехали, т.к. уже чуяли неладной. Ключ, кстати, с очень увесистым деревянным брелоком, который тяжело не заметить. В результате нас догнал сотрудник ресепшена на велосипеде, мы перетрясли все аккуратно со
