The room is large enough to spread out three large luggages
Not far from the subway station
The breakfast is very rich and well worth spending 10 euros on it.
To get to the elevator, you have to carry six flights of stairs.
There is a toilet on the first floor. If the room is not enough, you can use it.
Please note that the plug has a round head.

Sehr geräumige und gemütliche Zimmer, Hotel in ruhiger Seitenstraße aber doch zentral gelegen, U-Bahnstation in der Nähe und bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, Zimmer mit Minibar zu moderaten Preisen, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer sauber.

I had a clean good sized bedroom that had a large bathroom with a walk in shower. I would say that the room is set to cater for business travellers although there were also families staying in the hotel. Good sized desk with overhead (hidden) lighting. The reception staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Good selection at the buffet breakfast . There are restaurants and a large shopping centre in the immediate vicinity. The underground station is about ten minutes walk from the hotel.

Schönes Hotel , zentral gelegen, nur 4 Stadionen mit der U-Bahn vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Ein tolles Frühstücks-Buffet, alles was das Herz begehrt und sehr nachhaltig gedacht. Das Zimmer gemütlich, schönes Bad, sehr sauber und sehr günstige Minibar-Preise. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sagen, DANKESCHÖN

Alle waren sehr freundlich, egal ob Rezeption, Reinigungskräfte oder Frühstückspersonal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Wir konnten sehr unkompliziert die Sauna nutzen und es wurde auf Wünsche eingegangen. Alles in allem sehr guter Service

Zimmer ohne Teppich, sehr gut. Matratze top, gut darauf geschlafen. Das einzig negative waren am Sonntag die Semmeln. Zum Teil vermutlich aufgetaut.

Wir haben die Unterkunft ortsnah zu unseren Freunden, also bewusst gewählt. Die Umgebung ist wegen der Äußeren Bayreuther Straße sehr sehr laut. Bei Zimmern die zur Willibaldstraße gelegen sind, ist ein Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster quasi unmöglich. Das wirkt sich besonders an heißen Tagen fast katastrophal aus, da eben diese Zimmer ab Mittags der prallen Sonneneinwirkung ausgesetzt sind. Da es keinerlei Raumklimatisierung gibt, verbringt man schlaflose Nächte bei ggf. über 30°C.
Zudem ist die Willibaldstraße die Anlieferzone des Hotels, u.a. für Wäsche. Während unserer Anwesenheit verliefen die Anlieferungen sehr lautstark, so dass wir morgens gegen 06:00 Uhr im Bett senkrecht standen.
Sonst können wir über das Haus nur positiv berichten. Zuvorkommendes Personal, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Fazit: Sehr gutes Haus, aber für Krach und fehlende Klimatisierung gibt es Abzug.

Das Hotel selbst war sauber und modern. Leider ist das Hotel nicht barrierefrei was es mit Kinderwagen schwierig macht. Um zum Aufzug zu gelangen muss man erst einmal einige Stufen überwinden. Zudem empfand ich den Aufschlag für ein Kleinkind mit 20€ für das Zimmer plus 9,50 € für das Frühstück als zu hoch. Zumal das Kind mit im Doppelbett geschlafen hat und noch nicht einmal eine dritte Decke im Zimmer zur Verfügung stand. Zudem isst ein Kleinkind beim Frühstück nicht soviel im den Preis zu rechtfertigen. Die Preise der Minibar dagegen sind absolut okay und günstig. Für eine Nacht okay. Aber beim nächsten Mal auch gerne wo Anders.
