Nuevamente expreso mi incoformidad Si responden x este medio no bloque las opiniones y digan la verdad PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y MUY MALA HIGIENE... MANDEN FUMIGAR!!! Mi molestia y queja es Por cucarachas, falta de agua caliente, ruido molesto de bomba o no se que sea pero impide descansar Actitud del personal que se excuda diciendo mentiras por este medio Y queriendome devolver solo la mitad del pago total Mentira no se me cambio de cuarto aunque desde un inicio se solicito Despues de escuchar x teléfono a la señora burlándose (que era delicada y pedia foto de la cucaracha que se habia aplastado) Exprese mi queja No se me daba respuesta por tal varios clientes escucharon al no tener otra opción Me asignaron una habitación y de inmediato mejor optaron x darme mi dinero en vez d solucionar La dueña argumento que era muy delicada Simplemente se paga x un servicio amable y LIMPIO Yo no duermo con cucarachas.
