The rooms are very noisy, I do not recommend them, the cleaning is not good. I asked the reception 3 times to change my room. No, the hotel is not good, there is a lot of noise, you cannot sleep because of the elevator noise. There is no insulation in the hotel. You are talking about the people next door. I do not recommend this hotel. Pay 100 euros more and be comfortable.

The food at the hotel is normal, breakfast and dinner are better than lunch and a snack. They don’t let you into the spa for free. The entrance to the sea is rocky, it’s better to buy slippers.

De hadde ingen kontroll på innsjekk av gjester, fant ikke booking, når de endelig fant det sende de oss rundt til en annen del av hotellet, men det var feil så vi ble sendt tilbake igjen og måtte vente enda lenger på å få rommet. Rommene bærer preg av slitasje og dårlig vasket. Maten var ok, men ingen variasjon hele uken. Bassenget er ok, men spilte høy musikk fra tidlig morgen til sent på kveld.

Typhoon was a very lovely receptionist. Hotel was amazing. All inclusive had many beautiful things included like spa. Lovely staff members too. Hotel location was amazing beach is two seconds away. Hotel room view is beautiful. Loved it here.

The Mesut hotel is very neat, all staff are very good and accommodating. They are pleasant and they have good interpersonal relationships. They discharge their duties accordingly. I will patronise them again if another opportunity arises

amazing hotel with amazing staff. the receptionist is amazing here. the hotel has a lovely view. has a beach right near you lots of tourist attractions near by. shops near you open till 11pm and an all inclusive hotel with unlimited spa and turkish hamam experience.

Alanya da iş seyahatlerimde başka otel e ihtiyacım yok artık. Otele adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren sıcak bir karşılama ile çok mutlu olduk. Tüm çalışanlar büyük özveri ile isteklerimizi yerine getirdiler. Hepsine çok teşekkür ederim. Emeklerine sağlık. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.
