Overall, we were satisfied, but during breakfast in the restaurant, the staff started carrying chairs and tables to the outside area while the guests continued to eat breakfast. The cold air coming in from outside, leaving the door open for a long time and the excessive noise there made everyone very uncomfortable.
Employees had to be more careful in the environment where guests were present.
Apart from that, a little more variety could have been added to the breakfast, we found the variety to be a bit lacking compared to other Ramada hotels.

Breakfast was good and cleaning was very good. The employees were friendly, it was a 5-minute drive from the market. We loved the hotel. If we come to Bursa again, I may choose this place.
