Peaceful location right beside the river. Lots of facilities including a bowling alley (you get 1 game per person as part of your stay per night). Hotel is huge and the lobby is really nice with a river on one side. A bit confusing to navigate the hotel for the various onsens as both wings are not aligned in terms of floors. Food - at first glance the buffet looks impressive but they do need to invest more on the beef (ie. rather tough!) and the sashimi (small portion of thin slices of one type of fish). Breakfast was actually quite good though. Lots of parking around the hotel.

The hotel itself is very good. But the buffet, both dinner and breakfast are way under our expectation.

Visited with my family to celebrate my mother's birthday. The service, facilities, water quality, and food were all incredibly satisfying. I would definitely come back, 200%!

As people from Kanto, we're not big fans of the sweet soy sauce common in Kyushu. It would be really helpful if regular soy sauce could also be provided.

It is really great. I came on a package tour last time and liked it so much that I came back separately with my family. The staff are incredibly friendly, the baths are wonderful, and the view is beautiful. I plan to come again next time.

It is the best place for hot springs. Parking is also extremely convenient. I would love to visit again with my family in the future, and I am very grateful for the detailed explanations from the staff member who speaks excellent Korean. You can see the river from the room, and when you open the window, you can hear the gentle sound of the water flowing. The building is unique, and just walking along the surrounding trails is a relaxing way to detoxify. I highly recommend the outdoor hot springs when it is cold, and the large public bath is great as it offers a variety of temperatures. I booked for one night, but I didn't have enough time to explore all the facilities and the surrounding scenery. On my next visit, I would like to book for two nights to look around more leisurely.

From the hotel entrance, the friendly guidance, the room was spacious and clean, the amenities were good, and the bathroom and bathtub were separate, so I was able to sleep without being disturbed, which was great. Also, the hot spring water was really good, and the breakfast was also really good. I think I will visit again next time. 😊

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite, with radiant smiles (the kind where even your eyes seem to smile). The front desk staff even came out to greet us when we checked out, offered to take commemorative photos, and helped us drive our car across the street. They greeted us again as we drove away; we truly felt their warmth and hospitality. The room was also very large (super large for a pure Japanese-style room; I roughly counted over 25 tatami mats in the main space), and the view was fantastic, overlooking a river, with the sound of flowing water (of course, you had to open the window; the soundproofing was quite good). The onsen (hot spring) is another highlight of the hotel. We took the hotel's free shuttle bus, which runs every 20-30 minutes from the hotel entrance. It takes you to the hotel's open-air onsen, which has five different types, all of which were amazing, though surprisingly few people were using them 😂😂😂 My friends also said it would be a worthwhile experience to stay here again.

The hotel rooms were spacious and showed signs of age, but felt clean. The front desk staff spoke Mandarin and explained the hotel facilities in great detail. Guests could enjoy the onsen (hot spring) within the hotel grounds, and there were also several other outdoor onsen accessible by the hotel's shuttle bus, which took about 2 minutes. The breakfast selection was extensive, and everything was delicious.

The open-air hot spring in this hotel requires a three-minute shuttle bus ride. It has five hot spring pools, great hot springs, and delicious meals, but the service staff will not help deliver luggage to the room.

Every employee in every position feels very passionate about their work, the service is superb, and the hotel is located at the junction of OitaandKumamoto, so I travel back and forth between Kumamoto Prefecture and Oita Prefecture every day, and I feel very proud
