Location was a little hidden away, this place is basically not accessible without a car. The entrance road is a sharp turn right next to a highway, which makes it easy to miss. Overall, the hotel is dated but the facilities are well kept and is very clean. Good for the price, and don’t mind staying here again next time!

Not easily accessible and not much facilities

Check in was good. Difficult to find this location and if you are driving, make sure to drive slow to not miss the entrance because if you miss the entrance, you will need to drive at least 5 minutes to make a U turn and try again hopefully not missing the entrance again.

Everything is good… bathtub is excellent , we love it 😉

Super nice hotel very big room

Better than i expected. Room is quite big and clear, just little old. Most important is each staff is so helpful even their English is not that good enough. They tried to use Google to catch my ideas and helped, such as dolphin program, call taxi and etc. Little but inconvenient is location but it is also near AEON department store.

It's on a hill, not hard to find, the parking space is free, and the kids have a great time. The shower head in the bathroom is very useful, the bathtub is large and comfortable, basically cheap and practical, I will consider staying here next time

The service attitude of the staff was very good and there was no problem with the hotel facilities at all. You can also get bath salts at the front desk, which adds to the fun. The room was also very clean, nothing to complain about. If you want to feel the resort style, you can choose a high-end hotel in Onna Village, but this hotel is reasonably priced and the location is a bit remote. It is enough to stay here every time!

Coming to Japan for six days This is the only hotel I have stayed at repeatedly Clean, quiet, location Can't be said to be good But it's worth the price So if you have a self-driving suggestion, you can stay there Overall, everything else is good except the location.

The room is big enough, but the location is remote and the entrance is hard to find! It is convenient to drive to large shopping malls and quiet enough! Reasonable price and plenty of space for a family of four! The staff was honest and the lost items were recovered. I’m glad the staff kept it safe and could get it back👍
