I had booked this hotel for Saturday and it said I booked for yesterday. When I inquired and let them know of the mistake, they said absolutely no refunds, then called my cell phone in the night, I did not answer, my assumption is that I didn’t show up and they were asking why?!? I understand policies, I get it, but to be addressed directly after and knowing that it was a mistake and not even offering to switch the date is ridiculous. Money I will not get back, but also a service I will not ever use again.
