Universal Hotels in Orange County

I stayed for 3 nights and did not receive any housekeeping service at all. When I checked in, your front desk staff informed me that housekeeping would only be provided once every two nights. So, after staying for two nights, I specifically spoke to a housekeeping staff member before going out and asked him to clean the room. He said he had noted it down. However, when I returned to my room that evening, nothing had been cleaned at all! I even had to call to request towels. This made me feel that staying there at that price was not worth it at all.

The hotel was so good Epic is close I paid my deposit twice for a day. I checked out with confidence because I thought it would be canceled. (USA is almost self-check-out) A week later, more than $400 has been paid by card. Too absurd 😡😡 Epic Universal eats and talks right away and doesn't spend 0 won at the hotel !!!!! I'm waiting for you because I'm actively responding to Trip.com ㅠ

We loved the service. Right from the start everyone is really welcoming and you get a message from the front desk to which you can reply with any inquiry and get a quick response in minutes. The cleanliness was good. The room was nice. And the shuttle only took about 10 minutes to Epic Universe. Only a few minus points for a pretty long wait to check-in and the expensive on-site parking ($30 plus taxes).

Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects.

I booked a single room, but they upgraded me to a two-bedroom with three beds! It was so spacious for just one person. The official hotel shuttle was practically on-demand, no waiting at all. The restaurant in the lobby has really long operating hours, so you'll never go hungry. Plus, staying at an official hotel means early access to the park, which was a huge bonus. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. After confirming that it was our first stay, he explained in detail that we didn't need to return the card when checking out. The door card was a fast pass and we could keep it. He left our email address and we received an email the next morning and could check out online. We took the hotel's water bus to and from the park. We didn't have to pay for parking by scanning the room card in the parking lot. The overall cost performance was very high

The hotel environment is quite good, and the price is reasonable. My only complaint is that when we checked in, the front desk told us the shuttle to the EPCT park wouldn't start until 8 AM, and they confirmed this twice. To get there early, we ended up taking a taxi, only to find out later that the shuttle actually starts at 7 AM. We wasted 7 US dollars. The whole point of staying at a park hotel was to save on taxi fares, but we didn't get to enjoy that benefit in the end.

I stayed at this hotel to get an hour's early entry to Universal Studios. Personally, if you're going to Universal Studios, I definitely recommend staying at a hotel that offers these perks. Furthermore, if you're going to Ireland, this hotel is close enough that you can leave around 7 a.m. and take a 15-minute stroll, and you'll be almost at the front of the line. Being able to ride two or three attractions (or one or two multiple times) that are likely to have long waits during the first hour is a huge advantage. I rode Hagrid twice (I went right back in) and Velocity once. After that, I rode one more ride and was granted general admission. From then on, the standard wait time was over an hour... For a family of four, I'd recommend staying at a hotel that offers express passes. The wait times can be quite different... If you're going to use express passes anyway, you might as well choose a better hotel.

It's OK. The hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, warm and thoughtful service staff, and a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient and travel is convenient. Overall it's OK
