The facilities are old and there are old blood stains on the sheets. Guests who may book through Ctrip will not be given a good room. The first room is close to the elevator hall. There is still some equipment on the roof, which makes a lot of noise, and the safe cannot be used without electricity. After changing the room, the safe was out of power and could not be used.

Great stay!
Roberto at the front desk was very kind. Although he was busy on the phone upon my arrival, he asked if it was ok that he finish his call and let me know he was thankful that I waited for him to finish. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Room was clean and spacious.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza downtown was fantastic. I have no complaints at all. Everyone was very professional from Valet to front desk and housekeeping. The food was also very good. Oscar is an awesome server. Very personable. I will definitely stay here again.

The room accommodations were excellent; very comfortable bed and bathroom facilities were easy and available. Service staff were very kind and friendly. I was very impressed and grateful for the wonderful shuttle driver who provided a safe and efficient drive from hotel to Kia Center to attend Trans Siberian Orchestra Concert on Saturday night. Shuttle driver went out of his way to ensure that everyone staying at hotel knew how to get to and from concert and where he would pick us up after concert. Thank you for this service in order to attend this concert which was on my bucket list! Also the bar staff kept the bar open for restaurant and bar services after we returned for to the hotel after the show. Thank you to the bartender for his attention to our needs!! Front desk staff was kind and very accommodating making sure that all of our needs were met. Thank you. I have already told numerous people about your hotel and how you made my concert experience so wonderful!!

Jelly Roll + Crown Plaza= amazing
What a great hotel to stay in and right around the corner from the KIA center. My daughter and I enjoyed the staff and how close it was for us to get to the Jelly Roll concert.

Janelle at the front desk was amazing. Also Jay and JJ for the shuttle was more than helpful and so very friendly. We also would like to thank Albert at the bar was more than fantastic. Drinks were great! Rooms were comfortable and clean and everyone was extremely helpful.
