Receptionist is not accommodating at all. Place smells from cigarettes and ****. Main door won't open. Bathroom door handle falls off. Towels with blood on them. Stain and smell from sheets. Place is disgusting.

中國估計找不到這樣的酒店, 沒人打掃衞生,垃圾要自己收拾, 沒人更換洗刷用品,浴巾要自己去前台換 房間沒有吹風機,不能開窗户,成天一股悶味 最可怕的是前台晚上10:00到次日9點不在,前台關門狀態, 洗手盆下不去水,説是週一到週五有人來修,我們住一週走了也沒見人,裏面都是各種黑人,臟亂差之最 訂的時候有早餐,第一天早上等了很久沒見早餐,也沒處問早餐幾點開始,因為前台不在,世界最差住宿體驗

I have stayed in a few Extended Stay America hotels and have had a pleasant stay. Not here. Staff has no sense of urgency; it’s like pulling teeth to get any service. No bellman’s carts available, no hair drier, and none of the kitchen amenities were available. The front desk employee was unkempt, wearing a wrinkled green t-shirt with the hotel’s logo on it. The lobby was sad looking. The bathroom and kitchen need a major overhaul. The bathroom vent was rusted and dirty, the ceiling had water stains on it and uneven texture, the drain was old and gross, there were cracks on the wall, chipping paint and one of the bathroom towels had a hole in it. The refrigerator had stains all over the door, the microwave was peeling and rusty on the outside and the turntable a size too big, and the stove top was unusable. The electrical outlet was gross. I would never ever stay here again and suggest you don’t either.

Wanted to make sure that your company is aware of an amazing super star employee that manages this location. Manager name is Rebecca she has a wonderful customer service skills and goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer has a pleasant and memorable experience. I will be referring everyone that some about a great hotel to book at in the Orlando fl area . Big thank you Rebecca for being that special person that takes pride in assuring the customer has a great experience!!!!

My family and I have been staying here for a while and we really enjoy it here. The staff are great and friendly. The amenities that are included with your stay are great. We will be sad when we leave here but we do very much enjoy being here. It is close enough to SeaWorld that you can walk there if you wanted to, and close enough to Disney property that you can usually get there in about 30ish minutes driving.

The manager Rebecca made a short stay the worst thing anyone could have experienced. I am never going back stay there again. As long as there are unprofessional people like her in the hospitality people will not receive quality services. I paid my rental fee and never received Quality customer service. I think she was being discriminate. I am a black woman and thus she feels like I should be subjected to it.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel extended stay, or other, the hallway, spelt like urine I was assured that would be fixed. I cannot get towels. I’ve waited since 9 AM. April 4 for linens there’s no covers on my bed. I have no towels to bathe with. I get back to the room at 8 o’clock at night still no linen for my bed no towels and now I’m told that I have to wait to receive any of this. I have school-age children. They need to take a bath need to lay down and go to bed. I would like my money back. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I would never recommend this to my worst enemy.

I would never recommend this hotel. There is no breakfast even though they say they do and post pictures. Sometimes not even sugar for coffee. Very very poor, dirty, short staffed. It looks like a ghost town. Pictures don’t reflect reality.

Staff was friendly It served its purpose. I felt safe traveling as a solo female. But not the best nights sleep and breakfast was oatmeal and muffins tea coffee hot chocolate. You get what you pay for. No cups in room (up charge) I would probably not stay here again

The front desk receptionist Alicia was very very nice and accommodating. We had a rough night due to the first hotel we went to and it was so bad there that we could not stay. So it was nice to have someone that was so friendly once we got here. I would definitely recommend them.

I have only been here 2 hours so far and this has been one of the most horrible places I have ever stayed. The people next door have done nothing but SCREAM at each other since the moment I got here. I went to the front desk to report the noise and to pick up the dishes that the sign in the room says they will deliver to your room for you. When I called the front desk, not only did they say I had to come get it myself, when I requested to move rooms due to noise they said they have no other rooms available and would see what the manager wanted to do. Since there has been no change in the noise level, I’m guessing they will be doing nothing. I had to carry the whole dish set up to my room myself and I just had rotator cuff surgery 3 months ago so lifting heavy things is not easy. I have a medical procedure scheduled for tomorrow which is why I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the surgery center and I needed a kitchenette since I’m on an all liquid diet today and needed a full fridge with freezer. But I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America again and would recommend anyone considering this place to go anywhere else. Please note the photo that claims they will deliver dishes to your room. Also there is no dish detergent available.

The worst,dirty hall,bad odor,no towels,you have to bring them down to do lobby and wait until they been washed. Brestfast,sometimes,jusy muffin and coffee.etc,etc,etc. Just one elevator and it didnt work,use the stairs to bring my luggages. A nightmare.....

Great value, excellent customer service and great staff. The service exceeded my expectations, everything I asked for was accommodated. It was close to all attractions, entertainment ,and highways. We will definitely stay again. Can’t wait.
