This is the first time I give a bad review after traveling so many times. The hotel is very shabby and not as good as the photos. The carpet is dirty and the room has a strong musty smell. There are very few shuttle buses to Disney and Universal Studios, and you can't rely on them, not to mention the shuttle bus to and from the airport, you have to take a taxi yourself

The safe was broken and we waited 40 minutes for someone to come and look at it
They never opened the pool slide. We didn't have the chance to use it in 2 days
The bathroom wasn't cleaned the first night. We found the towels on the floor as we left them

There are free shuttle buses to the park, but after the epidemic, there are not as many shuttle buses as before. They leave according to time and are not very far from each park! There are restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is nice!
