也可能是在行政樓層的關係
另外
房卡都有對應樓層
不會向下兼容
安全係數較高
服務：
早餐選擇餘地不大
但是基本配置都有
omelette+水果+咖啡就很滿足

週末大阪的酒店 真的是太貴貴貴貴了！但是這家是大阪五星級酒店裡性價比最高的一家了！位置很方便，服務也很好，很標準的西式酒店，房間空間很大！去大丸和心齋橋很方便

有一個很嚴重的問題,每一晚就在睡覺時有一些古古怪怪的聲音，像軟裝皮革擠壓的聲音,聲響頻繁, 在窗那邊也有發出聲音，有時聽到在電視機那邊有聲音，有時在床頭牆內發出，「㗳㗳…㗳㗳」頻率音量也是一致。很可怕 ，每天都快昏死過去才睡着。 沒有一晚可以安心睡。

6살 아이 동반하여 키즈 어메니티 요청 하였는데 아이 파자마까지 다 준비해주셨어요.
생긴지 1년 남짓이라 시설이나 청결도는 훌륭했고 직원들 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다.
다만, 역에서 조금 거리가 있어 아이 동반이시라면 컨디션 조절 잘 시켜 다니시는게 좋을 거 같아요. 저희는 아침 일찍 나가서 계속 걷다 들어오니 호텔로 들어올 땐 아이가 맨날 안아달라 해서 힘들었네요;; 성인한텐 그리 먼 거리는 아닙니다~
