One of the worst in Japan since staying in so many hotels:
Location, about a few minutes from Imamiya Station, not far, that's the only convenience!
But near the subway, so it will be noisy, just next door building a house, regardless of day and night 🫠 sleep shallow you will be like me all night almost no sleep state, keep waking up!
service? No service, before Booking know in the form of self-service, but there is a staff, however and no difference, ask him things or talk to him, expressionless not only, careless! 0 service attitude!

The location is in a residential area, very close to the main station, Don Quijote, and Tsutenkaku Tower, so transportation is convenient.
The only drawback is that there is no elevator and the stairwell is narrow, making it very inconvenient to carry luggage up and down. Makes it hard to come back again
