I was confused when I forgot my room code during self-check-in, but they quickly responded via chat and I was able to enter my room with peace of mind. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would like to use it again when I go to Osaka.

It was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Shin-Imamiya Station. Check-in and room keys were all sent to me by email, which was easy to understand so there were no problems. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no loungewear, but they had a washing machine which was helpful. It was close to the station so the only thing that bothered me was the sound of the trains, but it was a comfortable stay.
