I slept there for 6 nights without any problems. The soundproofing was very good and I could hardly hear the neighbors next door. The person in charge of the B&B is a Chinese. He is very friendly and polite. If you need help with any questions, you can contact him. There is a 24-hour 7-eleven about 2 minutes' walk from the B&B, which is very convenient for replenishing daily necessities and buying food. Overall, the experience is very good, especially the person in charge of the B&B is Chinese. People are not afraid of problems or housing problems in Japan👍👍

There was no front desk, and the place was unmanned and you could check in whenever you wanted. They had sent me messages in the app in advance with information on how to get the key and the route from the station, but I didn't notice and ended up calling to inquire.
