Great location to stay (Kita - north of Osaka) if you're travelling up north from Osaka to Tokyo as you can easily reach Shin Osaka by taxi and 30mins by metro. With the luggage that I had, taxi cost me Y2500 for a 10mins ride. The staff here are helpful. Business like hotel with no frills and easy laundrette services - coin operated from 300Y. Forgot your toothbrushes, facial cleanser , toner and moisturiser? Hotel provides it as complimentary and loved the DHC brand toiletries !

This was advertised incorrectly. The breakfast is the best choice as the bath and coffee or tea upon arrival are free. The other amenities are great and there are massages here.

The place is great but room for 3 persons is quite small. Breakfast is little bit boring, but overall a great cheap hotel

must try the onsen in this hotel. nice coffee machine in lobby and a big resting area. only one thing i dont like is breakfast is outside hotel @2mins walk. just too cold in winter to go out for brrakfast

Japanese hotel rooms are expected to be small but it was still cosy with all necessary stuff inside. Self service laundry machines should be added as long waiting time

Perfect location, near Metro and JR lines and very close to interesting places. Hotel room is clean and convenient and basically equipped with all necessities such as iron, bath tub, fridge including a Ogawa electronics massager!

The front desk service was great. Cheng Gang checked in and was very smiling. He explained in detail what to pay attention to during the stay. The hotel is very close to the subway, less than 2 minutes walk from Exit 9. It is very convenient to eat and shop nearby!
