Service was friendly, but unfortunately it was pretty dirty. We had the feeling that our room hadn't been vacuumed at all. There was no toilet paper and the smell wasn't really pleasant. The window was unfortunately broken and wouldn't close, so I repaired it myself.

This hotel steals from its customers! The Accor Group has questionable business practices that deserve to be reported! When we arrived, although we had booked 2 rooms, they offered to put us in one large room, promising to refund the difference. To this day, 4 emails, 2 phone calls, 10 months later, and as many promises of a “quick refund”, I still have nothing. A disgrace.

To avoid / Disgusting Dirty, damp, no duvet or towel, trash under the mattresses. The whole hotel smells of cigarettes. The hosts who do the cleaning themselves at the last minute. Piles of dirt remain in the hallway. I stayed in the room for 10 minutes before leaving the hotel

Hotel partially renovated and very poorly maintained. The railway line passes almost through the hotel. The staff at the reception are incompetent. The bathroom facilities in the room were dirty and the shower was unusable. The breakfast was more than basic (a poor piece of bread, no dishes,…) The previous breakfasts remained stored right next to the bread… In short, to avoid!!

Smell of cigarettes, big lack of hygiene in the bathroom, leaking shower, smell of sewer in the shower. More than mediocre insulation and uncomfortable mattress. No action from staff. Avoid, for the price it is possible to find better.

The bathroom is horrible you shower the water goes everywhere even in the room the floor is flooded When you go to the toilet it's in the paddling pool nothing is clean The table and the 2 chairs in the room were sticky and not cleaned Not expensive but advised that cleaning must first be done upon arrival

The negative points: shower curtain which is of no use since it only holds with one eyelet, sink faucet which leaks everywhere, the slamming of the doors when they close in the middle of the night Positive point: welcome impeccable, clean room, nothing to complain about. Fortunately I turned down the heating, it was 27 when I checked in 😅

No soundproofing of the rooms, we had the room next to the laundry, noise all night... Shower clogged and poorly cleaned (still foam on the walls), defective shower head, almost impossible to shower due to lack of pressure, since the water was coming out at the joint. The same goes for the sink. Oily shower head and floor of the "washroom". Shower gel holder broken, the soft refill bottle was placed on the sink. Firm mattress (too much for us), cleaning under the bed leaving something to be desired, quite a bit of dust. Non-functional lighting, multiple switches serving no purpose or out of order. Decent breakfast for an F1.

Nothing to complain about, whatever the staff or the service it was a beautiful night that I spent with my family, the staff very kind welcoming helpful 🎩 Hats off... We will come back with pleasure.

4 rooms reserved for the Strasbourg Christmas market for €780!!!!No duvet in the room just a pillow, we were with a baby, and no water for breakfast, no flap on the toilet or shower curtain, the director didn't even come in the evening after our phone call. I will never set foot in the hotel again, and I will shout loud and clear to those around us to ban it forever. for the price, it's absolutely SCANDALOUS
