Oda rezervasyon problemi yaşandı. 2 ayrı oda rezervasyonu yaptığım halde tek oda rezerve edimişti. Problem çözüldü sonrasında da seçtiğim oda türünde oda ayarlanmadı. Hizmet iyi değildi sadece temizdi.

Bu otel gidemeyecegimizi belirtmemize rağmen rezervasyonumu iptal etmedi ücretini de iade edemedi.. trip.com da konuyla ilgili olarak yardımcı olamadı ve benim için ilgili otel ve trip.com yok hükmündedir..
