La estancia fue la mejor, volvería otra vez. Los alrededores, la comida, la habitación, sin duda cumple con todo lo que querías de una habitación en zona turística, además de su localización, es un lugar familiar, acogedor y que se puede disfrutar en diferentes ocasiones.

Los bell boy le bajan el aire a las llantas de los carros y te avisan q se te poncho una llantas y q si le hablan al talachero. A mi me la hicieron le bajaron el aire a una de las llantas de ml carro, cuando iba a camino a la recepción para realizar mi check out 3 bell boy qm encontraron en el camino me dijeron q mi carro tenía ponchada una llanta, todos sabían cuál era mi carro, lo raro es q yo llegue a las 12 de la noche no había nadie en el área, solo me quedé esa noche, me negué a q llamaran al talachero yo mismo cambie la llanta a la de refacción y me negué a qm ayudaran los bell boy, pero al llevar la llanta a la llantera resulta q la llanta no tenía absolutamente nada, solo le habían bajado el aire. Mi llanta estaba en excelentes condiciones no había sido rodada sin aire ni nada, el aire se lo sacaron estando ahí estacionado. Qué pena por el hotel porque es un hotel bonito pero con esa inseguridad no me volvería a quedar ni una sola noche.

Palenque - hermoso lugaaaar
El lugar es hermoso, lleno de naturaleza, junto al río y te permite hacer actividades como nadar, si no te gusta o te sientes inseguro en el río el hotel tiene albercas, te sientes en contacto con la naturaleza y puedes ver y escuchar monos, la atención es muy buena, la gente muy servicial, mi unica observación es que el baño que nos toco se inundaba porque la regadera no tiene protección y se riega mucha agua, las camas un poco duras, pero todo bien, en general.

Great resort outside of downtown Palenque
Nice property outside of downtown Palenque. Room was large and very clean. Same for the pool. No hot tub though--the pictures we saw online showed one but it is filled with pool temp water. Breakfast was a buffet and very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Howler Monkeys were very loud at night, but I love that!

Lovely setting
The hotel is on a large clear pool of the river that runs through Agua Azul and would be fantastic for bathing during the warm months. It is a very pretty setting. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, and the staff was VERY attentive.

Great hotel in the jungle
Nice eco friendly hotel in the jungle. Friendly staff. Be aware of limited to the lobby only. There is no wifi at all in the rooms.
