房間確是老房，裝飾有格調。不知是哪是搞了些朽木傢俱，還挺搭。衞生，服務都可以，早餐簡單實際夠用。
周邊，離網紅十字街，小吃大市集，什麼噴水池，都不遠，西西里，本也不大，走走都到了。

Beware the customer service provided for this place is completely inflexible and staff unhelpful - make sure you don’t need to make any amends to ant of your reservation as even though they had opportunity to accommodate our request - there was absolutely no attempt to try and assist!

Beautiful hotel with on site excellent restaurant. Very large hotel rooms and bathrooms by any standard, especially European. The restaurant was reasonably priced with an amazing menu of choices. Large complimentary breakfast every day. Full minibar with good pricing too. I would definitely start here again. The hotel is close to all the places you will want to walk in Palermo.

This hotel is located in a courtyard that is connected to a vibrant area in the city . The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was low-key but very receptive. I was dumb enough to lock the safe while the door was open and they sent someone immediately to reset it. Breakfast was a nice variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. They have a nice back patio for breakfast and dinner, and there was live music one night and a soccer game another night. Cleaning staff were very polite and friendly. I’d recommend that you hit the streets for lunch and dinner, as the opportunities are endless. Highly recommended!

Grumpy disinterested staff and not enough of them. Very poor quality breakfast with poor service. Charged for all drinking water which I have never experienced in a hotel where drinking the tap water is not recommended. Overpriced for the quality of rooms and situated in quite a dodgy area of the city. for this sort of price range one would expect . No help with getting heavy bags up or down to our rooms.

We travel frequently and this is our 6th hotel this month in Italy. This supposed 4 star hotel has 2 star service and 3 star amenities. From the moment we arrived we were barely greeted and when our taxi driver asked diff help with the bags, the front desk said no despite us being the only guests in the lobby on a quiet plaza. I heard the door open and we unloaded. Our room which was supposed to be a luxury suite smelled bad and was not like the photos. The breakfast options were meager and the pastries not appealing and fruit options not fresh. When we checked out our car pick us up needed help and again they refused. If it was a two star I would be fine, but the service and quality here is not appropriate for the level of rating or price.

Staff was not welcoming or accommodating. They would not help with luggage. Breakfast was limited and mediocre. Bathroom had a pervasive and unpleasant odor. Photos of the room did not match reality. Other great options in Palermo. Pick them instead!

We were pretty disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We flew in from the US and were very jet lagged. We went to bed, and imagine our surprise when we were woken up around 10pm by the loudest club music coming from downstairs. We called the front desk and were told that there was a party that would (hopefully) end before midnight. We were in the room above the bar/restaurant and it was so loud we may as well have been sleeping in the bar itself. Along comes the next night when we are in bed around 10pm…and the same thing happens!! This time I went downstairs to the front desk and was told that they were having another party and it would (hopefully) end before midnight. Had I known this place doubles as a club venue I would have booked another hotel. They don’t care about your comfort. Don’t stay here unless you want a teenage “hostel” experience of your room shaking all night from the bass.
