We have loved our stay. The room was very spacious, the location unbeatable and the service was friendly. This hotel is sophisticated, tasteful and wonderfully affordable. Some remarks: on Saturday night the music from the rooftop was loud. Our bathroom toilet was a bit smelly, but not unbearably so. We had drinks on the rooftop, where there was w nice urban vibe.Breakfast was delicious.

Because it is the last stop of the journey, and considering the hotel chain, our vigilance is reduced. When I went to breakfast, I didn't lock the suitcase. When I returned to China, I found that one thousand yuan in the suitcase was gone. I suspect it was stolen in this hotel, because there are lock boxes in other places, and staying here. The RMB in front of the hotel has always been there. I have seen the experience of other people before I traveled. I know that Italy has such a theft incident. I didn’t expect it to happen to myself. I can only blame myself for being too big.

We spent nine nights in this hotel, three (one adult and two teenagers). Our first impression: we were very disappointed with our room and we wanted to cancel the reservation to go elsewhere. The materials used for the fittings and decoration are very ”cheap” and the rooms do not have the charm that they have on the photos. The lower ones with their large colored windows (the hotel has been converted into a former theatre) have character, but their toilets are outside. Anyone can go there: it is impossible to leave the slightest personal effects there and to walk around in undress, especially since it is the entrance hall of the hotel... In any case, the room that was offered to us was not the one reserved. The noise. All of the hotel's windows are single-glazed, while the building overlooks one of Palermo's busiest avenues. Suffice to say that earplugs are not an option. For convenience - we were in the middle of July - we decided to stay there anyway. Our host, seeing us disappointed, went to great lengths to make our stay pleasant. The ”cheap” aspect was still verified several times. In use, we appreciated the immediate proximity to all the lively places and transport. There is a very well served bus stop just in front of the hotel, which allows you to reach Mondello beach in three quarters of an hour (bus 101 then 806) and to go to / from the airport by a direct shuttle. The train station is also very close; to go to Cefalù it takes a good half an hour of transport. On the other hand, do not think of going swimming in the vicinity of the hotel: the port is not at all equipped for tourism and there are only breakers apart from a tiny zone of launch. water for the boats, which is not cleaned (sea**** and shells of mussels and oysters act as a beach). Another strong point of the hotel, its agreement with the small cafe overlooking the street where you have breakfast. The managers are not fussy and have the children in good hands (long live the croissants stuffed with Nutella). Finally, we really appreciated the air conditioning, which was silent and worked day and night without the slightest difficulty. In the heat wave, it was really nice to go out in the morning, come in to cool off in the early afternoon and come out rested around 5 p.m. Since most of the places to visit are very close, it is a very practical HQ.

Very satisfied with a stay experience, the hotel is very convenient, very close to the Four Points Square, but the road is very quiet at night, especially like the hotel's roof balcony, good view, sunny, and kitchen, the boss is particularly intimate to prepare breakfast for us, We also enjoyed a seafood meal made by ourselves with their kitchen enjoyed our stay two nights in Palermo B&B hotel，very good location， few minutes walk to quattro canti，boss very friendly， gave good advices for sightseeing and historical culture ，market and everything in Palermo，like the kitchen in hotel， got chance to cook local seafood from nearby market， very good experience and hope to come back again

Excellent stay, room with a wonderful sea view, abundant breakfast, very professional receptionist service, excellent price. At the end of my stay I paid only 4€ of taxes in total for 2 people.

Loved the sound of the hotel on love holidays app,excursions , four pools, entertainment etc… none of those things were in operation. Was told it was off season, said nothing on their website or love holidays. This hotel is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You can hear every sound in corridor, rooms below and over your rooms. There was also school tours every night running around till all hours. Got no sleep for the whole week. The staff are lovely and very friendly but at lunch on my last day ( checked out two days earlier because I couldn’t take anymore) I asked for a salad! Was handed a bowl of chopped iceberg lettuce. I thought this must be a joke, oh no, they were deadly serious. It turns out you have to request tomatoes, cucumber etc… when I asked was there more coming like tomatoes the waiter got really rude and aggressive and said that’s I asked at this stage I was sick of the hotel and just wanted out of there. As I checked out I was happy to return home but on the plane I started to feel sick as sooon as I got in my house I was violently sick for two whole days. Don’t know what they did to the salad but that’s the last thing I ate before boarding the plane. Awful, awful experience. Would never recommend anyone stay here!! Hotel took no responsibility for any of it and said I could prove it was food poisoning even though I provided them with a doctors cert saying so!! Disgusting behaviour from them

An improbable villa! Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms. Our room had a large private balcony. You can enjoy another huge shared terrace with chairs and deckchairs... there is a garden with nooks and crannies, everything is clean and maintained. Go up to see the panoramic view, room stocked with books and binoculars. Breakfast is royal, outside or inside depending on the weather. Common room with kitchen and fridge. The 2 brothers who own it give advice for visiting the region. Small beaches and nearby beaches. All this 30 km from Palermo... €72.50 for 2! INCREDIBLE + easy parking on the street
