Estuvimos visitando el hotel a finales de octubre, las instalaciones nos parecieron inmejorables, recién reformado con una decoración cálida y acogedora. Por otra parte señalar la amabilidad de su directora Gabriela, la cual nos recibió con su bonita sonrisa mostrándonos todos los servicios del hotel. Qué decir del buffet. Para estar finalizando la temporada, muy completo y con una variedad de platos cocinados al más puro estilo mediterráneo por su Chef José Antonio García. Cocina innovadora sin perder el origen de la gastronomía tradicional y hogareña. No olvidemos las bonitas vistas que tiene desde el comedor, piscinas y habitaciones al mar. Totalmente recomendable.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The location is excellent, and the food is simply outstanding, with a fantastic selection and top-notch service. The room, along with the entire hotel, is exceptionally clean. The rooftop pool is the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. The reception and dining staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The only minor issues were that the double bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, which shifted a bit during the night and needed occasional readjusting, but it wasn’t a major problem. The bed was made and room cleaned everyday, but noticed the main blanket on the bed wasn’t changed during stay. There was also a smell in the room for a day or two, likely due to rainfall or sewage, but it disappeared and didn’t affect our stay. I can’t wait to return—this is truly one of my favorite hotels! Huge thanks to the fantastic staff for making our stay so memorable!

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Les chambres sont belles mais un peu petite Les repas sont corrects sans être extraordinaire L'hôtel est bien situé. Il n'y a pas d'animation la journée et un peu le soir. Nous remercions Amed (réceptionniste) pour sa gentillesse et sa convivialité

nice refurbishment asked for a sea view got a pool one with sunloungers strangers sitting a foot away from my room bedding not changed in a week towels once friendly staff food the roasts like rubber same soup served 5 times we have been going here for 15 years never again not a 4 star way to expensive

stayed oct 2024 the refurb is lovely very friendly staff rooms spotless cocktails good food excellent we have been coming here for years cant wait until next year to go back well done all who works there didnt go to any night entertainment so cannot comment on it 5 stars

Autumn sun with my daughter. Booked this hotel for 3 nights. Warm welcome. Spacious room, tv, fridge, coffee machine and hairdryer. Good variety of food and drinks. It would have been nice if Cavan was on the menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool clean and well tended. They didn’t open the doors until 10am when the pool open so sun bed wars which was refreshing. Hotel itself had a modern feel.

Honestly hotel is immaculate, food was good, does get a bit boring but all in very impressed. Even my ASD son found something most meals, struggled a bit with breakfast but that's normal for him. Pool great and drinks even better. Proper coca cola for AI. Only negative I can say is that I did email and request a low floor as coming with a child with additional needs and ended up in building 3 top floor, no elevator but we did manage and I never said anything as I hate moaning. Perfect location. beautiful hotel will definitely be back.

Quite simply an Absolutely amazing hotel. Great location right on the beach. Spotlessly clean. Great pool and pool bar. Stunning roof terrace. Great staff, so friendly and efficiently run. And last but not least the food was magnificent, every dish, every meal time. So many different varieties of food and home made cakes and Puddings simply from heaven. We will definitely be returning in futre

Stayed here in September for 6 nights on an all inclusive package. We had a front facing sea view room. The views were spectacular. The room was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The restaurant area was never over busy. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. We only had lunch and dinner a couple of times as we preferred to try the numerous restaurants in the resort. What we did have was good, so no complaints at all. The pool bar was a lovely area to sit during the day. Plenty of drink options and numerous snacks. The only slight disappointment was the evening entertainment, or I should say lack of it. There were a couple of quiz nights, but that was pretty much it. However there were plenty alternatives in the resort, so not a big issue. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely visit again
