The place is very cozy and beautiful. The distance is just right from the airport. The staffs are all warm and responsive. They provide complete details to my questions. We recommend you to stay here. Overall experience was satisfactory.

It's a newly built hotel, so it's clean~ In particular, the guard was very friendly, There are many Koreans here, and from Alona Beach to the accommodation, 3 people can use a tuk-tuk for 150 pesos, so it was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the person who dropped us off was very friendly. The water pressure was a little weak, but it was clean, so it was good for families to use.

The room is very new and clean, and the decoration is very new. They just opened in March or April, and it is about 3km away from Alona. You can rent a motorcycle or take a tuk-tuk to Alona.

They did not provide any basic information such as breakfast time, meal location, laundry service, shuttle time, etc., so it was annoying to have to ask and confirm everything. Before making a reservation, I was worried because it was far from Alona Beach, so I inquired and was told that there was a free shuttle between Alona Beach and the resort every hour, so I made a reservation, but when I got there, I was told that there were only 4 shuttles per day. When I asked about the details of the inquiry, they talked about policy changes and said that if vehicles other than shuttles were available, they would prepare them. On the day of check-in, I was planning to use the resort shuttle at the last time, Alona Beach, but the reception staff said that the last bus would not operate today, but I asked the shuttle driver who returned and said it was possible again. (The reception staff didn't seem to know much about shuttles. I asked about the shuttle stop at Alona Beach, but they just said there was no shuttle stop on the road. There was no mention of a reservation system.) The next day, I went on time for the resort-Alona Beach shuttle, but the shuttle driver said it would not operate because it was his day off. (There was no prior notice) So, I turned on the translator and asked to prepare a vehicle other than the shuttle I mentioned yesterday, if possible, and one employee was reading aloud and flirting with other employees and talking in Filipino, which made me feel bad for the second time. (It could have been Saddam, but why did he do it because of the timing and in front of the customers? I didn't feel good thinking about it.) They said they would prepare a multi-taxi just for us to use, and then a resort shuttle vehicle was prepared, and we boarded the vehicle with other tourists along with a driver who appeared from nowhere. (It felt like there was no communication between the employee who prepared the vehicle and other employees.) etc -Water stagnates in the shower booth and does not drain. -I arrived at 15:30 after check-in time, but they said the room had not been cleaned yet, so they made me wait for about 20 minutes. (At first, they told me to wait without explanation, but when I inquired that it was past check-in time, they asked for my understanding due to lack of manpower.) -You have to order breakfast from a set menu, but there is nothing worth eating. -The swimming pool water is dirty. -Due to heavy rain, power outage for 10 or 2 seconds. -There is a musty smell from the bedding (the towels do not) -There are not many restaurants or places offering delivery service nearby, so I have to take a tuk-tuk every time. *Good points -Because it is new, the facility is clean. -Because it was a consecutive night, we checked out at 13:00. In conclusion, I have no intention of visiting again. When I got there, I realized that I could take a tuk-tuk to the resort - Alona Beach for 100-150 pesos, so I didn't want to talk to the reception staff about the shuttle anymore, so I just took a tuk-tuk. I tend not to write reviews as much as possible, but as service and friendliness are important to me, I was disappointed by the poor service and the reception staff who flirted with guests, so I hope that proper education will be provided by writing a review.

This resort was great in everything except the location. Although it is far from Alona Beach, there was no problem as you can take the resort van to Alona Beach for free. Above all, the first reason why I want to go again is that all the staff were excellent and friendly. Thank you for leaving me good memories
