這次入住體體驗非常滿意，酒店的服務態度超級好，服務特別的熱情，貼心的介紹了周邊環境而且離店還送了礦泉水路上喝，真的是賓至如歸！員工始終保持着親切的微笑，不僅如此，他們的形象也非常出色，一舉一動都充滿了專業性和親和力，給人留下深刻的印象。酒店的位置也非常方便，交通便利，出行無壓力。房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔 生活用品一應俱全。酒店的早餐也是非常完美的 早餐種類多味道還特別好 菜品特別的新鮮 粥很好喝 早上能吃到這麼完美的早餐真的是心情都會變好！！太棒了！！特別完美的酒店 五星好評！！

全季yyds，前台小妹態度好服務熱情，給我們介紹了周邊吃喝，退房還送了礦泉水路上喝，對面就有葯店，哮喘犯了是真救急！周邊有商圈外賣也很多出門必**，相比公寓還是更喜歡連鎖一些，乾淨放心

這家酒店沒有接待外賓的能力，櫃枱男員工態度非常不友善，我們9個人進來時還愛搭不理的，一會兒説房間衹登記一人，一會又説都要，還要拍照，入住搞了半天，真的懷疑有培訓過嗎？我們是傍晚6點多到酒店，訂了5間房，竟然還有房間沒有收拾好，之後入住一股味，房間地板還是全濕的，我們無處下腳。因為這樣的遭遇，我也把入住瀋陽楚懷門店的2晚全季4間房也取消了。我們又不是來受氣的。中國的全季酒店以後不會再入住。其中還有位朋友問有酒店名片嗎？工作人員還回他一句；你自己不會網上查嗎？😅
